We're truly sorry to hear about the machinery hum and hallway noise that disrupted your sleep, as well as the morning clatter from the breakfast area, this falls well short of the peaceful environment we want our guests to experience. We also apologize for the cobweb found above the bed, this should never have been overlooked, and we're addressing this with our Housekeeping team immediately.We're especially sorry to hear about your experience with the breakfast service, particularly the confusion and lack of follow-up regarding your porridge request, as well as being left waiting without a clear response. This is not the level of attentiveness we expect from our team, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after multiple attempts.
