Average experience for the stay in Kuta Hotel Bali~ the staff is helpful

The place is superb with excellent location and everything is available in 100 meters.the beach food groceries taxi all are easy as breeze. The hotel also is super clean and staff friendly.loved the stay will come again.

I booked this place just to store my luggage and explore the area before my late-night flight, but it was too small, the bathroom wasn't great, and the bedding smelled... Honestly, I was quite surprised, haha. However, the staff working there were friendly!

We booked for x3Rooms for 5 night for our family trip to Bali. Overall is good, we point out the ..... No Good Point is:- (1) One room Air-conditioning is water leaking + the toilet sewage system is poor. (2) Toilet door is Not user friendly. (3) Toilet roll holder location is Not convenient. Good Point is:- (1) Good Service (2) Good Location (3) Roof Top swimming pool is excellent 👍, at night can viewing the sunset & very windy to rest at the chair provided by hotel. (4) We have one day trip to Nusa Penida, need to moved out from hotel early morning, hotel staff is very nice to arrange us breakfast "sandwich" to take away. Thank you very much 😊

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, we were initially given a smoking room(Room 02-09) without being informed, which was very uncomfortable for us. After requesting a change, we were moved to another room. However, the second room provided (Room 02-12)was also a smoking room. In addition, the bathroom hair dryer in the second room was not working, and the hand soap provided was dirty and unhygienic. If the hotel was fully booked and no non-smoking rooms were available, we believe it would have been more appropriate to inform us honestly and politely, and to request our understanding for one night. As guests, we expected to be treated with respect and clear communication. These repeated issues made us feel very disappointed. Unfortunately, we also felt that we were not treated equally compared to other guests. I hope you will seriously look into this matter and improve your service standards. Thank you, Phyu Thi

Very good hotel for the price. Just a 6-7 minute walk to Kuta beach. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. The pool on the roof is also very nice and the massage room gave a great massage!

Excellent service, and the staff are very friendly.

On a side street. Street lightning not good. Buildings on both side toward hotel are empty. But only two hundred feet from main Street where I can find nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walk a little farther is the beach. I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Not many people use it. Gym is too simple. Breakfast is OK. Hotel coffee and tea are not my favorite. I rather go outside to enjoy a cup of flat white Overall with the budget price, I will stay there again.

Very bad experience only they location is good

room was a little mouldy and dark but not too bad. service was ok, location was convenient to walk to but quite a bit of construction in the area. nice rooftop pool though with good views for the sunset!!!

he room was nice and the location was really good, which I liked. But the bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably. We were expecting a proper twin or double bed, but unfortunately, the hotel didn’t provide one, which was a bit disappointing.

I had to change the room in 5 in the morning because I heard noises around the fridge which turned out to be a giant rat!

The services so good, clean hotel, good location which is near to foods, kuta beach, the staff so polite. Love to be here, but the rooftop swimming pool will close if raining will not open until tommorow.

I already ask to give me no smoking room, but the hotel still give me a smoking room. But the staff willing to move my room to non smoking after that. The location of this hotel is near to KutaBeach. Overall 3.8 of 5 I give to this hotel.
