Overall was ok . But pool was dirty . Room was not very clean. Toilet shower is not very good . Dim lights in the room . Staffs are friendly.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff and big space. Didn’t like breakfast only.

Nice hotel near Lovina Beach. We stayed here one night as part of our Dolphin Tour. Super friendly staff and aware to all of our needs. We got their new room with big sharing swimming pool. Room is clean, modern minimalis. But Unfortunetaly there is no minibar or small fridge in the room. AC not that cold. The rest are amazing.

Did not expect much within this price range but was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the peaceful surrounding environment. The real highlight was the hospitality of the staff throughout the three shifts we met them; morning, afternoon, and evening. Thank you Odika Lovina team!

arrived at 9pm and the front desk Invira was attentive and very helpful. she assisted us with parking and even helped us with our belongings to our room. she was also very informative, love the smiles of the staffs. we stayed only for 1 night just to see the dolphins. the room was clean, but in the bathroom there was about 2 - 3 ants, but it was fine as we were not really disturbed by it and the way to reach the villa was narrow. overall, it was a wonderful 1 night stay, would definitely come back. thanks Odika Villas!

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights and had a pretty good time. The pool is lovely it says closed at 7pm but we swam later than that sometimes. The breakfasts offered are ok but there’s a lot of food places nearby in walking distance too. Staff were lovely and you can message them via whatsapp if you have any questions. Room was clean but a bit of a funky smell in the bathroom.

The place is good not bad, the price very cheap. But the staff so BAD. I saw there's two staff one man and one lady. The man is really nice, friendly and helpful. But the lady with the dye hair was the worst, I guess she doesn't understand about hospitality at all. She tell us over and over again it's check out time which its still 11 h 30 and my friends still waited for me to finished my meeting which I had meeting at 10 h - 12 h, she made a scene pushing us to go out by saying "it's check out time" and "there's other guest are coming" by came to one of the room. which we knew it already check out time but my friends just still waiting for me until I finished my meeting at 12h sharp !! I hope the owner of the place can see this, because this lady is so mean and made the guest wouldn't come again. The place is really nice with this price I swear but this lady oh man! Annoying!

I this very good stay here right now... Price it's very friendly... I use 1 bed room private villa... Clean and very big room... Maybe have 1 or 2 minus but it's gone with all the best room I get in here... The owner very friendly to us and offer me for dolphine tour with normal price

We stayed 3 weeks in Bali and changed hotels several times but this was our worst experience... We had booked a private villa. When we arrived, the exterior was quite pretty despite a noisy swimming pool. We had to wait because our room was being “cleaned”, 2 people accompanied us to our room without going around and we quickly understood the reasons afterwards. For the price paid we were shocked at the state of the room! Floor full of dead insects, headboard sticky with dirt, bathroom in a pitiful state (toilet absolutely not cleaned for I don't know how long with traces and splashes ++, clogged bathtub, sink leaking with dirty water left on the floor, shower overflowing with limescale and sewage smells...) frankly super unpleasant, all this makes you want to leave immediately. In addition, throughout our stay, the remains of breakfast accumulated outside because no one came to clean, make the bed or even empty the trash...we even had to ask for toilet paper because when we arrived we had none available. just a leftover roll... Concerning services, no restaurant on site so we offer you 3 different dishes (identical to the breakfasts but with less orange juice). As for transport, you are offered double the price of what you could find on your own, I find that very disappointing. Finally, in terms of the location of the hotel I agree with the previous comments, it is difficult to go out in the evening because the street is not lit at all, the hotel is quite far from the city center and there are many stray dogs. growl at you as soon as you try to walk through the door. Over the days we saw that Lovina is full of pretty hotels that are much better maintained, so I advise you to move on. Furthermore, we are used to looking at the reviews of places before booking and surprisingly almost no bad reviews on booking but on Tripadvisor it was a big surprise to see many bad reviews, which, however, only reflect reality unfortunately...

It all started upon arrival. There would be security available to check us in in the evening. Arrived with our driver, no one in sight even though we had clearly indicated a time. Eventually we found security chatting, when we asked if he could come he made us wait in the dark for another 10 minutes so he could continue chatting quietly. There is a large swimming pool and 1 small bath per 4 houses. We, with 3 rooms, had to share 2 sunbeds as we were no longer allowed to use the large bath (there were only 2 people there with about 6 beds). Another disadvantage: our pool had no sun, but the large pool did. No breakfast on the first day due to the dolphin trip, but on day 2 when we did have breakfast, an extra cup of tea was not allowed as it is only 1 drink per person. Then we made our own tea in the bedroom. On day 3 we had indicated that we would not have breakfast either, so it was a bit cheap from the hotel. Furthermore, the whole room is full of ants…. Rooms not completely hygienic and service lacking. We will not be back and recommend a friendlier hotel for the money. Really not worth the money.
