Facilities: The hotel has a full range of facilities, including a pool, a bar, and a gym. The gym is a bit basic, but it's there, which is good. Hygiene: Overall, the cleanliness was good and up to standard. Environment: It's right next to Kuta Beach; you just cross the road and you're at the ocean. Everything you need is nearby, which is super convenient. Service: The service was great; everyone was very polite and smiling. Overall, it's good, and definitely offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

This hotel was our last stop in Bali, and it was also the best experience we had, even better than the Alaya which cost over 1200 a night, it truly felt warmer. First, I have to give a shout-out to the two security guards at the hotel entrance. When we arrived by taxi and tried to pay, the driver didn't have change. We were getting anxious when the first security guard immediately came over and offered to exchange money from his own wallet. When he realized he didn't have enough, he even went elsewhere to get change for us. It felt incredibly heartwarming. Later today, we found it was raining at the hotel entrance and we didn't have an umbrella. We stood there for about two minutes, hoping the rain would stop, when another security guard proactively brought us an umbrella. In Bali, where there's a language barrier, the staff at this hotel made us feel so incredibly welcomed! Plus, the hotel's location is right next to Kuta Beach and very close to the mall, just a 5-minute walk. Highly recommend!
