Holiday Inn Resort BALI NUSA DUA by IHG

Service was excellent from the front office to the restaurant staff to the photographer on site. Only thing is I paid more for an ocean view room hoping for a very peaceful rest but was unfortunately disturbed by kids playing in the pool downstairs early in the wee hours of morning (6am). Also the toilet was generally fuss free with only complimentary dental kit for use, no cotton pads etc. Room was generally basic but functional. Huge swimming pool that extends from indoor to outdoor towards the beach. Overall a nice place to still relax in Nusa Dua area!

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review: Pros: ✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this) ✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any. ✅ Very clean in general ✅ Comfortable bed ✅ The service is amazing ✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful ✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices. ✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort. ✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good. ✅ The pool is huge and very nice ✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand) Cons: 😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine ✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel! It is good to give it a try!

A fantastic hotel on the eastern part of the island. It is more suitable for a quiet family vacation and for those who prefer beach relaxation over surfing and parties. It is located quite far from the center of the island's main activity. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The room was large, spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The breakfasts were excellent and very varied. The hotel staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would especially like to highlight the bartender Dede, who was very courteous and helped me repeatedly in planning my activities in Bali. The hotel has a private beach and various pools to suit any taste. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is smaller scale but it is at good location, clean, friendly staff & great breakfast spread 👍 There is free shuttle service from hotel to Bali Collection but the shuttle has limited seats. So, maybe can work with Bali Collection to provide bigger shuttle.

Overall, everything was good. My kids loved the Kid's Club, and all the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Bali Collection provides a shuttle service through Holiday Inn, which was very convenient. The hotel is not located on the busiest street, but there are several restaurants within a few minutes' walk. There are also three mini marts just outside the hotel, which is very handy. The only downside was the kids' pool. It seems more suitable for children below 3 years old, as the area is quite small and the water slide is not very powerful. My friend's child and mine are both 8 years old, and they were unable to stand comfortably in the adult pool, which is 120 cm deep. That was a bit disappointing. However, I can honestly say that the service throughout our Bali trip was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Bali's hospitality was truly top-notch.

The hotel is overrated and expensive comparing to the services , the staff is friendly and nice really but anything related to payment they respond perfectly but things related to services they not do it , I order breakfast take away last day as we have to move before 6:00 am and I order breakfast at night to be ready and confirm is important , but when we wake up and go to the reception to check out they said not ready and till 5:50 we were waiting and of course not arrive
