A gorgeous place with wonderful, attentive staff. Excellent food and top-notch service! 10 out of 10! And of course, an incredibly beautiful location, it's stunning everywhere you look!

A magnificent hotel! I would love to return. The bathroom was incredible! The staff are very polite and always willing to help! Morning yoga on the rooftop with the sound of the ocean – amazing! Breakfasts are delicious, and the complimentary treats from the hotel are superb! I only have positive emotions. The buggies that transport guests around the grounds. In the evenings, there's live music or traditional dances. The incredible black sand beach looks like a scattering of diamonds. I definitely recommend it. The fitness center is excellent, and the path leading to it is a particular favorite of mine, with some incredible palm trees. The hotel's lush greenery is a work of art in itself. If you want to relax your mind and body, this is definitely the place for you! Excellent for a romantic getaway for couples. I hope to return 🙏🏼😇☀️🌸🤞🏼

A magnificent hotel with a fantastic location and excellent service! The villa with a jacuzzi was wonderful, everything inside was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest details. And that bathroom! Absolutely delightful. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, everyone was friendly, and they responded immediately to any requests or wishes. Breakfasts were à la carte and delicious. We relaxed at the Moonstone lounge, which was very beautiful; we really enjoyed the pizza and cocktails 👍 We took advantage of the complimentary hotel photoshoot and paid extra for additional photos, and we were very pleased with both the process and the results. I visited the spa twice, it was excellent! There are evening programs for guests, live music, and Balinese dances. The atmosphere is wonderful. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but watching the waves is a pleasure, and the pool is sufficient. Overall, the hotel grounds are very green, well-maintained, and there are many beautiful spots for photos. There's a shuttle service to Sanur Beach and the art village, which we didn't use. Special thanks to the hotel for beautifully and romantically celebrating our wedding anniversary 😍 We would gladly return!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spacious and beautiful, making for a very comfortable experience. The hotel is incredibly well-maintained, the staff are highly trained, and the restaurant serves delicious food. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

Extremely satisfied! I found the service to be excellent. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's very well-maintained. One night felt too short; two nights would be perfect. The public areas are also very beautiful. Highly recommend! And don't miss the croissants at breakfast, they're delicious.
