This hotel is extremely old. The staff is all male. The cleaning is superficial. They assigned me a different room than what was stated on my voucher. When I questioned it, the hotel manager said that this was the room I had chosen and that he had no connection to the booking website. He also claimed he didn't post the photos or description. We requested a different room on the first floor. In any case, both rooms were in high-traffic areas. The pool and grounds are never cleaned; they're always full of leaves and debris. During our stay, on a Sunday morning, they decided to saw wood right outside our room, completely disregarding guests and the early hour. Breakfasts are mediocre; some items are okay, others aren't. For two guests, they gave only three pieces of fruit – I don't understand the logic there. The waiters are polite. The overall atmosphere at the hotel is unfriendly. The plumbing needs to be replaced. There was no hot water at all for three nights. The road to the hotel is terrible. You have to drive to the beach. You absolutely need a car here. There's nothing around the hotel, absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this hotel. We will not be back.

It's a bit of a walk uphill and further inside, not too far from Jimbaran Beach but the path is a bit challenging. The room facilities are pretty basic, but the food at the 5th-floor restaurant is good, though the breakfast lacks flavor.

Cozy hotel with spacious rooms and balconies, and breakfast with an incredible view. It's located on a hill, about 900 meters from the sea. The beach is cleaned by the staff from the 4 Seasons hotel. The supermarket is quite far away.

We were very pleased with Del Cielo Villa.. The room was spacious and bright with a good balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was super helpful and always smiling. The restaurant rooftop terrace had an amazing view on Jimbaran bay, beach, airport in the distance and the volcanoes on a clear day! Superbe... Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with fresh juices and fruits included. There was a very varied menu for lunch or dinner at a very reasonable price. The hotel was also a peaceful place and some renovations did not bother us much. It was a bit isolated but we managed to walk to the beach once and to Samasta shopping centre. Taxis usually cost us $5 or $6 Australian dollars one way. Taxi to Beachwalk Shopping Mall in Kuta -45mn away- cost us $10... We will certainly stay there again next time in Bali.

Overall is good, location is quite isolated but the view from restaurant at the roof top is superb. If don't have driver is not recommend to stay here unless you really enjoy to have a very quiet and peaceful holiday.

Basic in a bit of a discreet location so can be hard to find for some

The value for money is incredible. However, the bathroom and toilet are located in the same building, which is a bit inconvenient to use. The bathroom smells a bit. When I shower, the water soaks the toilet. The floor cleaning, especially around the corners of the door, wasn't done properly. A little more attention to cleanliness would be helpful. The pool was clean and of a good size. The food at the rooftop cafe was decent. The coffee was too strong. The staff were all friendly.

We were attending a wedding and had to check into rooms 6 or 7. Rooms 21, 22, and 23 were a disaster! Among our group, 1 room was completely unoccupied, 1 room was moved out immediately after staying for one night, and only 1 room was stayed for 2 nights. All the others asked to change rooms! ! ! ! The group stayed in 2 hotels respectively, the prices were about the same, but the other fxx hotel had absolutely 0 complaints, which means it is definitely not a matter of price! Rooms that are worse than rubbish will be permanently blacklisted and will never be checked in again! First, the location is in the middle of the mountain. You can only get in and out by car. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach. The whole way is bad land. After nightfall, it can only be described as a barren mountain! Second, please note that rooms 21, 22, and 23 must not be occupied! The hotel said it would open in 2017, but the locks were opened with keys from the 1990s, and the door locks were broken! The hair dryer will trip, the terrace glass door has no lock and cannot be closed tightly, the facilities are extremely dilapidated and completely Syrian style, there are spider webs on the counter, the plug is rotten and dangerous, and the electric kettle lid is broken. If we weren't pressed for time, we wouldn't be able to stay! Third, it says 24-hour check-in, but no staff can be found after 11 p.m., and the gate is locked after 12 p.m.! I have friends staying in other rooms, which may have been updated and would be better. But at the same price, the rooms are not fully occupied. I don’t understand why they keep giving us rooms 21 and 22. In the past few days, 2 or 3 pairs have been assigned to this room! If I have to pay and be randomly assigned, why don't I just book another hotel? At least you don’t have to endure such a fright! My vacation officially started after I left this hotel! ! ! The service attitude of the staff is good, I don't know if it is because of the tipping. But this is human nature and there is absolutely no problem. The breakfast is very fresh, ready to order, and the breakfast area is very nice. But I only eat for more than ten minutes every day, and it doesn’t matter how good the environment is!

The view from the rooftop terrace is so moving that it brings back memories of Bali. I was impressed by the large glass wall. The interior of the room and the breakfast made me forget about my tiredness, both mentally and physically.

My friend likes the hotel I have been thinking about very much. I stayed here on the first day in Bali. It is very close to Jimbaran Beach, but it is called grab because it belongs to the small villa area and the location is higher than the beach. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant on the top floor has a good view

The hair dryer will cut off the power in the room after a while, and the switch needs to be turned on manually. Sheets were stained. The shower water flow is very small.

The interior of the hotel and the restaurant on the roof have a good view. The two walls in the room are transparent glass doors. On the balcony, you can rest on the dirty sofa that has been repeatedly soaked by rain. The best benefit of sleeping is that the accommodation will give you three live ants on the bed and a few small bugs on the ground. After asking to change rooms, a bottle of insecticide will be sent to help you smoke the whole room until you cough. The hair dryer in the kettle is also broken, and the shower water in the bathroom is so small that it can be compared to peeing. Girls who want to wash their long hair, please allow a full hour.
