The hotel was good. We arrived after Ubud for a 6-day stay. At first, it felt like we were living in an anthill, but the incredibly friendly staff and their attitude completely changed our perception of the place. We came during the rainy season, but luckily, we had great weather for the first five days in Canggu. On the last day, a heavy downpour started, and our room flooded from outside (we were on the 3rd, 4th, and 2nd floors). Each time we got flooded, they gave us a better room and moved us, only for that one to flood too after a while. So, we ended up switching three rooms in one night. Towards the end, a gecko even ran into our room, but we were too exhausted to look for it. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, despite the stress we went through. The staff was always there for us. We sent our clothes to the laundry service, and they ruined everything – it's definitely not safe to use!

First night was a nightmare. At 9 pm, loud music from a beach bar started playing. I complained to the management and was told to use the earplugs left in the bathroom.
At 8 am, we woke up because of a little girl shouting in the adjacent room — it felt as if she were inside ours.
We changed rooms, but we lost the whole morning waiting for the new room to be ready. The new room was soundproof (we didn’t hear anything that night), but when we used the bathtub, it flooded the room. The bed sheets were also not clean. During the day, we could hear renovation work in the floor upstairs.
The gym has only one treadmill, which is clearly insufficient, especially since it is also open to people who are not staying at the hotel.
The spa massage was average.
Finally, the staff’s response to our first-night complaint was excessive. I had to mute WhatsApp because I was receiving messages every hour.
Overall, I think the hotel is overpriced, not able to guarantee quiet rooms, and the staff training needs improvement.

The hotel environment is great, and there are quite a few Western guests. I received a 15-minute welcome massage and two free cocktails. There's a beach nearby, and I'd recommend renting a scooter if you plan on going to clubs.

Excellent hotel, clean and beautiful. Very delicious breakfasts, and live music in the restaurant in the evening. Wonderful spa. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. They even gave us a free ride to the pharmacy and currency exchange!

There quite a lot of mosquitoes around and need to spray it everyday. The co-work space is quite cozy and with acoustic music on Sat night. Hotel also serves free cocktail every night.

Great place to stay in Canggu for our 4 nights.
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs during our accommodation. Walking distance to canggu beach for sunset too.
The breakfast menu is the best, variety of food & drink as option. Also happy hour free cocktail daily 8-9pm 🤟🏽
Definitely will come back again :)

Zin Canggu went above and beyond my expectations. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful interior and exterior design, with many swimming pools to choose from. The hotel offers many rewards for guests, including a one time foot massage, spinning class and evening cocktail. The gym is excellent and highly equipped. The cafe serves delicious and healthy food throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a relax vibe very close to the beach.

Love the greenary environment and the cafe. The cafe is very cozy. There is also mini store selling clothes & accessories. There are numerous swimming pools. The staff are well manner & polite

I had the best time here what an awesome hotel. I would like to say that Kasih Suwitri who was a waitress there made my stay even better! Her English was perfect and she helped me find and choose things to do! Promote her immediately!

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious experience at Zin Hotel in Canggu. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us and even carried our luggage. The complimentary welcome drink, cocktail, and unexpected complementary foot massage were an unique. They also offer a free spinning class, though I didn’t have time to try it.
Beyond the exceptional service, I absolutely loved the hotel's interior design. The seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, combined with its raw and natural aesthetic, created a uniquely calming atmosphere. The hotel's body wash and lotion had a soothing scent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful stay.
