Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is good in Seminyak. However, some towels and pillowcases were slightly stained.

The hotel is older than it appeared on the photos, yet it was clean and tidy. We liked how the hotel design integrates nature, with the balcony, open to outdoors shower and greenery throughout the building. The pool is nice and felt very private as not many people were using it. The spa is located on the top floor and the overall experience was great as well. Breakfast was a la carte style included buffet options for fruits, veggies and drinks. We ordered bagel with egg, and it was delicious and very filling. Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. Location wise, we only stayed one night, arriving very late we decided to walk to the nearest convenience store. There were way too many stray dogs barking at all passing by people and vehicles, which is quite scary. However, in the daylight, it is a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants.

Really comfortable, simple hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, decent food and drinks. Location is great, behind a small alley, slightly unaccessible with car, but definitely quiet from the hustle of the main streets and car honking. Also, got upgraded for 5 nights for free!!

Front Desk We asked if the hotel provides laundry services or know of any nearby. The answer was ‘no’ without further explanation. Turns out there was one just 1min walk from the hotel’s entrance - wish the staff have taken more effort to check before simply advising ‘no’ Cleanliness The pillow cases and towels were stained - in fact I’m not sure if the bath towels given are meant as floor towels? One of the sink is permanently choked and cannot be used (this was the same for the other room we changed to on the 2nd floor). The rooms were not made up and thrash were not removed despite us requesting for rooms to be made up - there was no explanation given why. Noise and Hotel’s Location The hotel’s entrance was flooded and is not accessible by car when it was raining heavily - the drivers refused to turn in for the pick up and had to cancel at the doorstep. And yes some parts of Bali were flooded during the heavy rain but the main roads were still opened and accessible by cars. At night, it was impossible to sleep because you could hear the wind lashing constantly at the windows - the balcony is totally unprotected. Didn’t help that the rooms all have curtains installed on the outside (why not from inside the room instead?) where the shower/bathtub area was, hence any slight wind or rain will make the curtains constantly hit against the window and this went on throughout the night. I must however thank the staff for always smiling, the Indonesians are very welcoming people. But sadly I will never come back to this hotel.

I personally like small boutique hotels, less crowd esp. in the breakfast time. Staffs fan be more focus on guests, which Lloyd’s fits into such category. Service us good and staffs are helpful. I was on my business trip and need to printi a few pages of doc, the front desk staff at night shift offered to do it right at the front desk, nice! Goid design and room is clean, bed is comfy. It’s just tucked around the corner of a small narrow road.

Review: Very Disappointing Stay I had a very bad experience at this property. When we arrived, the entire front of the hotel was flooded, and the rooms were poorly maintained. We stayed for only 2 hours before deciding to leave because the conditions were simply not acceptable. Despite paying for 4 nights, the hotel refused to provide any refund, even though we didn’t stay for a single day. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The property should take responsibility for the condition of their rooms and the overall environment instead of charging guests for a stay they could not use. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve their facilities and customer service.

Very nicely located, 3min walk to the beach. Increadibly nice and helpful staff. Room was very clean. It is a bit noisy though but not bad

I stayed 3night ! 1night myself 2 nights with my friends It was lovely ! I really enjoyed! Not a big room but it’s more than enough 👍

Wish I had of stayed here for the whole trip, perfect location, the outdoor bath and shower was amazing, comfy bed - as a solo traveler it’s perfect!

Interior is really good , but beedsheet had some spots but they changer instantly . Hotel outside is scary but inside its really good

Location is great but the entry way to hotel was too narrow. Our bigger car could not come in and we had to walk out. Room was spacious and beds comfortable however got weird smell in toilet from sewage but not big problem for our 3 night stay. Breakfast provided by the hotel was yummy. Booked 7 room for our group outing.

Very aesthetic pleasing boutique hotel. The bed is pretty comfy with an interesting bathroom. Breakfast served is decent. The only downside to this hotel is the very narrow alley way, which makes it difficult for cars to enter. Not to mention the construction is that taking place right beside. The amount of noise pollution... Hopefully it wont last for too long. Didnt seem to affect the other hotel guests thooo 😂

We had a perfect stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful and upgraded our room! It s clean and cosy! Lots of cafes nearby and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!
