The hotel is very well located, a two-minute walk from a beach where you can swim. The room is very spacious, a large bathroom, a super comfortable bed as well as a dressing room, an office area, a sofa and of course a well-equipped terrace. The staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. Breakfast is included with the room. There is also a very nice and warm swimming pool like a bath which I particularly appreciated. Very well located hotel with lots of spots to discover in the surrounding area. The hotel offers excursion and island tour packages. I recommend renting a scooter from the hotel to get around because on foot it is immediately very long because the island has a lot of relief. You also have on the beach 2 minutes away where you can buy a boat ticket to leave the island.

We stayed in the beautiful bungalow for two days and liked everything about it! The bungalow is very clean and has everything for the comfortable stay.The staff is very welcoming and the free breakfast is a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is very good as well.

We originally booked a bungalow, but were told the evening before arrival that this was not available. It was impossible to get in touch with the hotel, so we had to contact Hotels.vom for help. They didn't get hold of the hotel either. On arrival we were given a large double room with two beds. There was mold on the walls and ceiling, and the whole room smelled of urinal tablets. In the bathroom, the water did not flow down the drain. We complained and got two other rooms which were somewhat better, but still not the standard the pictures suggested. We give the hotel 2/10. 1 point for location- a stone's throw from Moshroombeach, and 1 point for the staff who were very nice and sweet.

First of all, I was charged again at check-in even though I had already paid for the accommodation. I was convinced by showing the payment screen, but what is going on? The room is clearly different from the size described on the reservation site, and the name of the accommodation seems to be different. I booked CANDA but my actual accommodation is Sunjaya. The bed was rough with sand, and the bath towels were moist with a strong scent of fabric softener. There was no toilet paper except for the core, trash was left on the shelf above the sink, and the shower drain was clogged from the beginning. Of course no amenities or water. The pool is murky and has a lot of garbage floating around. It was a very disappointing accommodation.

My partner and I stayed at the Canda Villas for 4 nights while we were on Nusa Lembongan. The facilities were great and such good value for money. The location was perfect! Also the staff were amazing and so accomodating!
