The hotel owner generously upgraded us to the presidential suite for free, which made our overall stay perfect. The pool was very clean with no excessive additives, and the bathtub in the room was also a great experience. It provided a perfect stay for us, a newlywed couple on our honeymoon abroad. If we have the chance to come back, we will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. Since I had to catch an early flight and would miss breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully provided a packed breakfast box with bread, eggs, and milk. It was a very nice touch.

There's cockroachin the room. And Bed sheet are not very clean either. Poor service attitude

Comfortable and relaxing hotel very near to Jombaran Beach. There are a whole row of seafood restaurants along the beach, as well as individual small stalls along the roadside. There was a nice pool for proper lap swimming. The breakfast has a good spread too. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious, clean, and luxurious—well worth the price. It comes fully equipped, and breakfast includes a choice of main dishes along with a buffet, which I really enjoyed. The only downside is that the check-in process is quite slow, and the beach near the hotel is rather dirty.

Location is quite ok. Clean services and room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, exceed our expectation. It's so close to the beach just around 3 mins walk. Staffs are super friendly. Food is ok, not bad. Light in the room can be a bit brighter.

Good value hotel for a short stay bu very noisy Maybe we were unlucky....

Spacious rooms, good quality of facilities such as TV, but the plugs are not really user friendly and if you don’t have your own adapter you will have problem. First floor is connected to the pool but i moved to second floor which was a wrong choice because of the pool. Staff are friendly and helpful, however, nobody came to help me with luggage at the arrival and surprisingly at departure! If I want to come again i won’t choose Jimbaran area(nothing wrong about hotel) because of no social night life, only sea food and beach.  Beach is not clean same as other beaches so far I saw in Bali! Lots of garbage and plastics on the beach and nobody cares!

Very pleased with the Hotel staff support full also very good and is near to the beachside. Recommend it well.
