The hotel overall is quite old, and the facilities are not well-maintained. The showerhead in the room was dripping, and it was cold water, which negatively impacted the experience. The faucets were severely aged, requiring a lot of force to turn on and off, making them inconvenient to use. The hardware conditions fell short of expectations, and the comfort level was lacking. I'd recommend the hotel improve its facility maintenance and renovation efforts. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend it for guests who have higher expectations for their stay.

The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the staff's genuine care for their guests made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a place that goes the extra mile to celebrate special occasions. We will definitely be back!

Overall still good, but things need to be improved are: 1. The check out service was took a bit longer. 2. Room facility: wifi connection was on and off many times.

Breakfast are the same food everyday, services are friendly . The room is smelly.

Great Location , ambience and well kept rooms. Balinese Breakfast Manager, Caroline helped organise a birthday song for my daughter (a really good chocolate cake too!)

Hotel has all the amenities, however looks quite old and dated. Planks at swimming pool area are uneven, making it dangerous for kids. Room is ok, although it does have the musty smell. Breakfast spread is good for family, there are variety of choices. Swimming pool area is huge, and kids loved the slide. Kids club is rather bare without any toys.

The staff are all nice and helpful. The location is not bad, not far from the airport. Breakfast so so only, children need to pay. The hotel room is old and not well maintained. Stain and mold around the toilet especially the shower area. No ventilation in the toilet so the smell stays for long. The floor is not that clean, dust and hair everywhere. Try wiping with a cloth then you'll know. And the curtain is also dusty. The room got no sound proofing, can hear motorbikes until late night. Can hear people talking outside the corridor and door banging. Stayed for 4 night, every night did not sleep well.

Location is good, close to Jimbaran beach and airport. Hotel is clean. Swimming pool is nice and clean.
