Very good place . Very clean. Hot spot

The staff are friendly and caring. Eventhou just a day here but feels like home. Amenities are well prepare. Location very strategic to visit few cafes nearby. Definitely worth to pay a visit.

Get disappointed of The room that i got cuz it was different from the picture that shown in the trip.com but the price are the same 😔 It is Smaller There should be a choice of rooms from the start when booking, so you we know from the start And the shower door is gone 🙂 Really need a renovation soon The service was nice all of the staff is friendly and helpful and the bed was comfy , that’s all I can say about

The hotel was spotless! We'd definitely consider staying here again. We were really happy with both the hotel and the staff's service. The air conditioning and water pressure were perfectly fine! Excellent! And the breakfast was delicious too!

ZERO STARS – DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL Stay away from this hotel at all costs! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in Bali. What started as a vacation turned into a nightmare due to the appalling management and staff. The staff at the front desk named, Jefri, is the most aggressive and disrespectful person. During our stay, he literally threatened us, saying: "Don't angry me, I will show you worse." He followed this up with the chilling statement "If you will be easy, I will be easy." We felt unsafe and genuinely scared. There is zero hospitality here. Even when we asked for a simple 10-minute extension on checkout, he demanded half payment of the booking and became hostile. The breakfast was very pathetic, ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Great privacy and hospitality. Overall I enjoyed the stay - I get what I want: me-time. Location was great near to Petitenget & Canggu. Villa was a bit “season” but still fine, perhaps improve the maintenance. Front desk & concierge staffs are very helpful & friendly. This maybe my 5th visit to Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality. Looking forward to come back again to same place after hearing that it’s gonna expand to another complex just in front of the current villa with newer facilities and design. Thanks again

We had an unforgettable stay at Ayona Villa, made even more special by the team's exceptional service! What truly made our stay remarkable was the surprise birthday celebration organized by my husband with the villa's staff. They helped him plan a beautiful decoration setup, complete with balloons, and an elaborate flower decoration that covered the entire pool. It was a wonderful gesture that made my birthday truly unforgettable. However, we did encounter some stray dogs in the area that chased us and our little kids, which was unsettling. But, we informed the staff, and they promptly offered to help accompany us if we felt scared or uncomfortable in the future. Thank you to everyone at Ayona Villa for making us feel at home ❤️

We had an awful experience at Ayona Villa. We arrived to a tiny reception office located down a long road with many stray dogs and no lights. There were dirty floors in the reception and the staff weren’t very welcoming. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast with out giving us a menu. We asked to see the options and they had to take it out a frame for us to look at. We arrived at 3pm just on time for check in and were told our room wasn’t ready. After waiting for 30 minutes in the reception we finally were shown to our room. Once arrived we saw there was an extra bed set up (that we didn’t ask for) taking up most of the spare space in the bedroom. We looked around and instantly regretted booking the villa. The floors were grubby, there was lots of dust in the bedroom, bugs in the bedroom, stains on the sheets and the bathroom smelt like sewage. The pool fountain was very loud. We were soon interrupted by the staff who came back to remove the extra bed. As they removed it we saw a large amount of mould on the mattress. That evening we had a terrible nights sleep as we felt so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness. The room was very bright from the lights outside which there was no switch for us to turn them off. We called the reception and they couldn’t understand what we were asking. We had to call them two more times for the lights to finally be turned off. The next day we told them we would like to leave and they refused to give us any money back. We were only asking for half as we had booked four nights and only stayed one. It took up so much of our time trying to leave as we were on the phone to the manager trying to ask for a refund. The manager gave us false hope as he told us to contact trip.com who we booked the villa through saying that they could refund it before they gave their money to the villas. It was a lie as trip.com couldn’t do that and said it was up to the villa to refund the money. My partner and I were very confused as to why the villas said they were 5 stars online. This was the reason we had booked them and paid the price that we did. Upon further inspection of the reviews we suspect that most of the 5 star one word reviews were fake - so be careful when looking at their reviews. Ayona Villa is not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination and not worth the amount you pay. Unfortunately we never got any of our money back.

The room was amazing, looked just like the photos and the staff made sure we had a good stay!

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean, the food was great. Very nice honeymoon experience, recommended 👍🏻
