Response from Property: Thank you very much for your comment and feedback. here with first would like to say thank you very much for staying with us and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. here also would like to clarify some information as above.1. Suite room: our room is suite room pool access and suite pool view. the bed size is king size bed (200cmx200cm) and able for 2 adults + 1 child share bed. we have asked about the extra bed is option for the convenience stay to our guest. 2. Child policy : 0-5 year is free stay together with parent. 5 years - 12 years will charge for extra bed requested or breakfast is half price. 12-above is adult and will charge extra bed base on requested or charge for extra person with breakfast.3. Breakfast option, we have breakfast package (set menu) or alacarte menu, guest are able to choose with the option.4. Location, our hotel is clear location on our website, other media too. we never said our place in Ubud center but outside of Ubud at Jl. pengosekan, Mas, ubud, Bali.5. Noisy road, our tagging is a harmonious lifestyle in the center, we never promosing toour guest if our hotel in peaceful or out from noisy but we are in hramonious with around of us.once again, thank you very much for your nice comment and appreciated for your feedback. we do apologize for any inconvenience caused as not your expectation with us.Best regards,Mr. Sana
