The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak

The room insulation is terrible—you can hear every motorcycle passing on the street and every conversation on the neighboring balcony. On top of that, I found a line of ants crawling on the room wall. The AC was barely working until the staff came and replaced the filter. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this should be your absolute last choice. Unfortunately, we were misled by the high ratings, but the reality was completely different. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the responsive staff. Overall, a terrible experience that I will never repeat.

Strategic location. The room is very spacious, bed is very comfortable. Hotel staffs were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The room is spacious clean. However, if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest avoiding this hotel, as it can be difficult to get quiet room away from the main road. I also heard some guests closing their doors quite loudly in the morning and at night, which can be disturbing. The hotel also provides spa massage services, nice convenience. The front desk staff were friendly good.

The stay is overall perfect, located on one of the main street in seminyak, pison is just 5mins walk, room is spacious, air-conditioner is cold, big balcony, huge bed and even has a universal plug that doesn’t not require an universal adapter to use. However, as the sliding door is not type that can be closed tightly, soundproof is a concern for light sleepers, and room is a bit old and slightly mouldy. However, overall is a very good stay for a non-picky person.

Very good location 📍 and convenient to go anywhere as it is in the middle of the city of Seminyak

One of the most spacious hotel for its budget range. The parking area is also very spacious so we dont have to worry. Would def come back again!

Decent sized room, comfy King sized bed. The pillows are bit hard and maintenance required attention as its falling apart. Also the noise from the road have drastically increased interrupting the sleep.
