Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

This hotel is directly connected to the airport; it's super convenient as it only takes 2 minutes to walk from the lobby to international departures! It's very clean and quiet. My room had the carpet removed and replaced with wooden flooring, which is something to note if you usually prefer carpets. It was a twin room with beds measuring 100*210.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I didn't even get wet walking from international arrivals to the hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk offered delicious ginger candy. The bedding in the king room was very comfortable, the room itself felt brand new, and there's a really large swimming pool.

This hotel is located between the international and domestic terminals at the airport, making it perfect for layovers. The rooms seem quite new and are spacious enough. The hotel has many rooms, and if you have time, you can even take a swim in the hotel pool. The restaurant is open all the time. I had an early morning flight, so I didn't get to try the hotel breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its convenience for my flight the next day. It's incredibly handy for international flights; you can see the check-in counters not far past the restaurant. If you have an early morning flight, you can arrange with the restaurant for room service. They'll deliver pre-packed coffee, juice, bread, etc., precisely at your scheduled time, which is a thoughtful touch. For showering, I'd suggest using your own filtered shower head as the water quality isn't great. Also, if possible, I hope they can provide more bottles of mineral water in the future, as the small bottles don't last long. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but I checked in too late to experience it. Overall, if you have an early flight or arrive late, this is a good place to stay for a night in transit.

Despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off or landing. The hotel's public areas are nicely decorated. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, it's generally well-maintained and doesn't feel old. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. All the staff members I encountered spoke fluent English, making communication seamless.
