Nice hotel but unfortunately there was construction noise next door

Yes, the location is very far away from the centre of Canggu and not so convenient. But I would say that the stay here was amazing and given the price of the hotel, you don't have anything else to nitpick about. Definitely a place for those who like a quiet place and to have a spacious space to yourself. 100 worth it!

We booked for 2 nights the service is good. The room is good also but I thing I light in the room not enough bring. And feeling like looks scared

Swimming pool was great, room is very spacious, design is instagramable. Very suitable for honeymoon couple. Customer services was great, even you need help late night. Bathtub is big, can fit 2 at the same time, bed very comfy. Breakfast service very good. Very private and quiet at night, feel close to nature. Downside: Limited hot water, food is not hor when serve, swimming pool have very strong chlorine smell, no appetite to eat near the pool. Wifi signal not stable sometimes. Location is quite a distance from the closest convinience store.

A pleasant experience to stay with The Saren. We were surprised with the special “Sun Down Service” provided by the hotel to tidy up the room in the evening to make it to the ultimate staying experience.

The best hotel in bali

A really tranquil experience for us in staying at The Saren. We have been to Bali every year so far and this is the first time we are staying in Canggu area. The location is quite deep inside and nearby the Nyanyi Beach. For those not aware, it is only 10 minutes to Luna Beach Club by the beach. The service was excellent from the hotel team from their breakfast, which was excellent and the housekeeping team, with welcoming messages and cookies too. The room was really clean and smelled good too. We requested for a motorbike rental and they arranged it accordingly. All communications are via Whatsapp acting as their reception since the cafe/coffeehouse was their operating centre which was very much acceptable. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience and stay for us. Will definitely visit again if we were planning to stay in Canggu. Thank you for the great hospitality.

My sister and I had a lovely stay. It was very calm since it’s surrounded by rice fields, nice scenery. At the same time it’s close enough to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was kind and always ready to help and assist!

The overall experience is very good, but the only downside is that the location is quite far from a convenient store or restaurant.

The room was spacious, clean and had nice extra touches. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. It’s a great location to Nuanu but there isn’t a huge amount else around there. We would stay there again

I chose this hotel to relax, and it was above my expectation. Very chilly and peaceful vibe. The staffs were very professional and helpful. They're so nice and willing to help their guests to have the best experience. Although it was far from the centre and took 1hr+a to go outside, this hotel was worthy to stay for sure. Also the breakfast was absolutely one of the kind. Very tasty, good looking, proper portion and well balanced. It was the best decision to choose to stay here for my vacation. I will visit The Saren in winter with my family. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience, nice breakfast

We booked last minute and the staff was on hand as soon as we arrived. The accommodation was aesthetically pleasing and very clean, also very reasonably priced.
