This hotel stay was absolutely terrible, and honestly, it felt pretty deserted. I came during Chinese New Year, and there was barely anyone in the entire villa. It was dirty, the room layout was poorly designed, there were tons of small bugs, and I even got injured. On top of that, if you're afraid of geckos, DO NOT come here. There are so many of them, big and small, constantly on the walls outside the room at night. When you shower or use the toilet at night, you're guaranteed to see geckos clinging to the outside of the window – it's truly creepy! The hotel staff promised me there wouldn't be any in the room, but I found two inside on the first night and had to call them twice to remove them! I believe many people are drawn to this place because of the elevator and the beach. Be warned, though, the elevator down to the beach is often out of order for maintenance, so you might not be able to use it. If you can't take the elevator, it's not just a missed opportunity for fun; the stairs connecting the hotel to the beach are incredibly exhausting! We're talking at least 300 steep steps! On my first day, the elevator was out of order all day, and when I asked when it would be fixed, there was no answer – just pure uncertainty! Also, the 'snorkeling' and 'transparent kayak' included by Sundays are not guaranteed activities. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and couldn't use the kayak even once! Snorkeling was only available one afternoon around 4 PM. The hygiene is questionable, the room furnishings are rubbish, there are geckos everywhere, even the bottled water had insect droppings on it. The damn, poorly designed bed frame scraped my leg multiple times, leaving two long scratches, and the wounds stung terribly when they got in the seawater for days! There were no dining options either; you could only eat at the hotel or on the beach. And on Valentine's Day, the hotel's only restaurant only served couples! Don't tell me I'm being too demanding; I have two long video recordings as solid proof. I have videos of all the disgusting things in the room because my stay was so unbearable! And I even switched rooms, so I can confirm it's not just one room like this! Just look at the tea stains on the breakfast cups, and the disgusting state of the small pool in the room – with the dim lighting at night and the geckos, who would dare to go in? Rubbish! Those lights, those cabinets, those outlets, that bedding – all so disgusting. The flower pot by the bed emitted a putrid smell! The showerheads and hot water in both rooms were problematic, and the toilet flush buttons were half-broken. If this were a 3-star guesthouse, maybe all this would be normal, but this place costs over 4000 RMB a night! In Bali! Isn't that ridiculous?! Rubbish!

Excellent hôtel, the service was also excellent.

Beautiful seafront property with the most breath taking views from our villa. We woke up to an amazing ocean view every day. Service was fantastic and food was delicious. Only down side to this property is location is quite remote and generally you can see the age in the furniture etc. The access to Sundays beach club was a nice perk!

Location is quite secluded, not much amenities near the resort and the road up is narrow and windy. But the view from the resort is breathtaking. We booked the ocean view villa and it has the best view of the ocean and the beach. The villa is clean with huge toilet, walk in wardrobe, tub and outdoor shower.. Service is excellent as well.

This hotel is a well-known high-end hotel in the area, and its most appealing feature is its private beach club. Just a few steps from your room, you descend the cliff in a fully transparent cliffside elevator – wow, it's breathtaking! Once on the private beach, the turquoise sea, white sand, beautiful women in bikinis, and handsome men working out are all stunning. Sitting on the beach for half a day is so relaxing for your eyes.

The scenery alone is worth the price of the room, and the butler service is excellent and very welcoming. Admission to the Sunday Club is free, and right next to it is a perfect beach. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here!

Very comfortable resort, the villa public area has a great view. The high and low tides on Sundays below the hotel are very unique. The privacy is also very good. The hotel staff has a warm smile. There was a lawn wedding on the day of check-in, and it feels like a good place.

It can satisfy all your fantasies about Bali Cliff Hotel. The 1,500-square-meter villa is perfect for a large family. The housekeeper is also very considerate and helps you arrange everything.

We travelled as a group of six adults and four kids and had the most incredible stay at Pawana Villa. From the moment we arrived, our butler, Edi Darna, was always five steps ahead, making sure everything ran seamlessly and that we could truly relax and enjoy our holiday. His warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional service were a huge part of what made our stay so special. The views are breathtaking, without a doubt some of the best in the world and the rooms and facilities are five-star. The staff were all so wonderful with our children, making everyone feel welcome. The in-villa BBQ on our final night was a real highlight and the perfect way to end our trip. This was our second stay at Pawana Villa, and it hopefully won’t be our last. We already can’t wait to come back, and we’re crossing our fingers that Edi will be looking after us again. He was truly one of the highlights of our stay!

The facilities is maintain at very well condition! The suite room is a little dark if all the curtain close! The butler, Arya, is very helpful! He can prepare many things for us, from asking a coffee at morning, to arrange kid food and swimming utility!
