Comfort, helpful staff and good breakfast. Only one small body wash provided. One night stay close to airport. Walk through Bintang resort to beach very pleasant. We were given room above drive in, no view but ok for one night. Rooms with pool view better. Many ATM`s outside . Would stay again at right price.

beyond expectations 🤍 Everything about this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the price range compared to other hotels in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. The service was outstanding in every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the whole hotel had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such peaceful sleep every night. The breakfast was easily 10/10 😍 Great variety, fresh food every day, delicious options for both adults and children, and everything was presented beautifully. Even the coffee and juices were excellent. The pool area was amazing ,clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. The hotel is also very family-friendly overall, with such a safe and comfortable environment for children. The staff were incredibly sweet and caring with kids, which made the experience even better for our family. The location is also perfect: close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and quiet inside the hotel. Honestly, compared to other hotels in the same price range around the area, Bintang Kuta deserves a true 10/10 Outstanding rating. It genuinely feels like a much more expensive hotel because of the quality of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. You can clearly feel that the management and staff truly care about the guests and work with passion and professionalism. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation 🌟

Good value for the price. Guests can also use the sister resort’s kids’ club and pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent. The hotel is very close to the airport, only a ten-minute taxi ride away. The room was spacious, and the surrounding area is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, especially the congee. The pool is also large, and the hotel even has a Vietnamese restaurant!

Everything you need just around the corner, the kuta beach is ruined you can't play at the beach anymore, but if stay to travelling around this hotel definitely have everything you need

Woke up in the middle of the night to a strong, foul odor coming from the bathroom.

It was really nice stay with breakfast and can use the sister resort facilities which includes a bigger pool and near to beach. Wasted the jacuzzi was under repair but overall we had a good stay :) thank you

Nice hotel, good maintenance, the good things is we can used the Bintang resort facilities. We hope the extra breakfast charge for kids can be more cheap.

Stayed for about 12 hours due to an early morning flight. Discovery Shopping Mall and Waterbom are within walking distance, making it an area where you can enjoy various activities. There’s also a convenience store nearby where I was able to buy beers. The room was spacious and relaxing. For the early morning ride to the airport, I found a taxi quickly even at 4:30 AM using the Grab app. On the other hand, I learned that pre-booking a MyBluebird Taxi early in the morning is not reliable.
