I think this hotel is still a great value for money option in Kuta, as I only paid 160 yuan when I booked it, yet I enjoyed a very rich breakfast. I'd give their service a high score for that. The hotel is also very close to the airport, probably only a 15-minute taxi ride away. I didn't use the surrounding facilities, but the whole of Bali is generally convenient. The room was quite spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were all of good quality, leaving me with a positive impression. I had a really good stay experience here; at the very least, it didn't fall below my expectations. The hotel also offers SPA services, but only until 10 PM, so guests who want to experience it should make sure to go early.

This is the second stay within this week. After my first stay was annoyed with unpleasant experience about cleanliness, then they upgraded my room for this stay. I found the room is especially clean, well prepared. Thank you for your hospitality.

Highly reccomend this place staff are amazeing location is close to airport and the food is amazeing .very well priced. laundry service is amazeing delivered to your room. Room service is available .Poolside service is available.Around the clock front desk help. I really cannot fault anything.Cant wait till my next bali trip staying here 😊🙂

Good for short stay, friendly staff Location near airport Provide everything

This was my second stay at PrimeBiz. Great location 10min drive to airport and, everything worked. The Escape Spa on the 5th floor was very good and inexpensive (make sure to book early), really appreciate hotel helping us secure a slot via WhatsApp, while we were out and about. This trip we had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good for the price.

I booked this hotel specifically for the massage, but then I walked past the ground floor and smelled the most amazing food, and I was instantly hooked! And it really was delicious. I ended up eating all my meals at the hotel for five days straight. The avocado milkshake was fantastic too, and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the drinks on the menu. The massage on the fifth floor was about 80 kuai a session! What more could you ask for? I went almost every day, but definitely book in advance.

Really good price for good short stay accommodation

We stayed in 2 superior rooms interconnecting. It was perfect for an overnight stay with 2 kids. We didnt get a chance to use the pool or spa, but it did look inviting. Breakfast included, was a decent mix of indo & western food. The bedding was damp in one bedroom, housekeeping was straight onto it when notified. Good value for a quick stay when flying in or out of Bali.

Be awere for the Family room. During my stay at this hotel in the Family room-connected i had alergic reactions from the bed. After investiagtion we found out that there were many many insects hidden between the wooden furnitures and between the doorframe. The hotel should do pest control especialy with many wooden furnitures in the room.
