Awesome hotel. Beautiful gardens. Staff excellent. Breakfast great. My only down fall was the bathroom shower was a little awkward when washing and water went everywhere

It was a very nice place to stay. It was close to Kuta Beach and very comfortable.

This hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient and can find many bars and can walk to the beach by crossing road only. Hotel staff are also very nice and have a service mind and sincerely support to guest.

Very good

Location was great, right across from the beach. The bathroom tub and shower was leaking. The outlets didn’t work except when we plug out a lamp. Everything else was fantastic. Great service and great hotel.
