Book the junior suite but room looks worn out. Floor feel sticky with marks all over. Toilet sink tap was not fix. Alot of black moulds in the toilet, soap scum on shower glass. Rain Shower head with poor water pressure, need to wait for hot water. Balcony doors keep giving quirky sound which was annoying. Room is too dark although all lights are on. The only thing I enjoyed at this hotel is the band playing in the evening and spa massage on the left and right of hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights during New Year’s and paid $170 night for executive balcony Seaview. Upon checking in the aircon was leaking. We asked for another room but non available. Ended up staying where we are and it was an uncomfortable stay. Apart from the aircon leaking, it also makes random rattling noise. All the mirrors are rusting especially the bathroom. The wardrobe doors squeaks loudly when opening. In the bathroom, ceiling light is lopsided, the tap is far from sink that it’s spilling water when use. There’s cracks on walls, small bits of missing tiles especially the shower section. The ground floor pool wooden deck are loose and not stable. There’s missing tiles in pool and should take caution when swimming. Such a shame how the hotel turned out as I’ve stayed here 3 years ago and it was nothing what I remembered. The place has so much potential and a need of serious renovation. On a good note, the staff are attentative and friendly. Location wise is great, 5 min walk to beachside shopping mall. There’s Kristina spa on the right where the massage etc are affordable price.

Aesthetic hotel to stay, you can capture a lot of pretty murals on the wall.

The hotel service was good but the hotel did not respond to email requests regarding my early check in and three different days hotel booking. They did offer free island trip if you join some of their sales pitch which is not pushy. The hotel room is a bit old and the hot water is not working for my executive room. The location in front of the kuta beach was excellent.

The rooms are awesome they are genuinely super comfortable, giving you plenty of space to chill out. Breakfast is pretty standard; there’s enough grub to get you going, but don't expect a huge, crazy spread. But the water in the shower feels gross. It's sticky, kinda salty, and just felt like that weird bay water mix. It was the only downside, but overall, the great room and spot totally made up for it!

Quirky hotel. The view from the sea view room balcony is gorgeous. It is amazing to wake up to see surfers catching a wave. When we arrived, the reception staff had no record of our booking for 2 sea view rooms . We waited half an hour for staff to make some phone calls. Then the Manager came to us and said we have given you 2 pool view rooms, this was not correct as we had paid extra for sea view rooms. The Manager then went away again and came back to confirm that we had been reallocated to sea view rooms. The location is very convenient. Part of the hotel is derelict, and one of the three pools is closed. Breakfast is average. The aircon in both rooms was noisy. But the gorgeous view of the sea made us overlook all the quirky flaws of this hotel. We provide this review so future guests are prepared for what to expect.

The Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali Hotel was built in 2012. It is clear that the rooms have not been renovated in the past 13 years. The most budget-friendly rooms have poor-quality finishes, such as scratched laminate flooring, worn-out wallpaper, and rusted metal fixtures. Additionally, the water from the faucet is slightly salty, and the window frames have poor soundproofing due to gaps as thin as a finger. In this regard, it is uncomfortable to stay in the room in the evening if a band is playing in the hotel courtyard at that time. I booked the most budget-friendly room, but due to its unsatisfactory and worn-out condition, I requested to be transferred to another room. Apparently, I was transferred to the best room with a larger area, but it also had signs of wear and tear, although not as severe. Therefore, I give the highest rating for the staff's loyalty and service. The breakfast at the hotel is decent. But the hotel's chefs don't know how to make Tom Yam soup. The price of beer is twice as high as in the nearby store.

A very nice location and the room with oceans views is the best with the Beatiful friendly staff would definitely be going back there I loved it.

The bathroom had a sewage smell so bad we had to change rooms. The elevator wouldn’t go down the emergency exit door wouldn’t open. The room we move to was supposed to be an upgrade, but the floors were wet the whole time we were there.

Staff were friendly attentive and customer service is at a high level. My room was great for everything I needed, breakfast was good for what it was. The staff were all very helpful, I will stay here again.

Everything was excellent, service , location the room & bathroom except the lift needed to be upgraded,not working properly, breakfast was just ok.
