This is my first time staying here. 3 p.m. Location and cleanliness of rooms are good. I'm satisfied.

The room is nice! The location is good! The breakfast is OK! The lobby is a bit shabby.

Waren zum zweiten Mal da. Würden wiederkommen. Sehr gutes Hotel.Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr üppig. Lage ist super. Der Kuta Strand war nicht immer sauber.

Overall, it's ok and very cost-effective. The environment is good. The breakfast is generally not amazing, but it has basic dishes. The dishes are more in line with European and American people and tend to be sweet. The hotel's own swimming pool is okay, and it has a small bar where you can have drinks and wine. The price is a bit expensive. There is a famous pork ribs restaurant on the right side of the hotel door. Walking forward on the left is the commercial street with many restaurants and a great location.

The staff are friendly, room towels are changed every day, and there are dishes suitable for Chinese stomachs. The facilities in the indoor courtyard are good, but there is no access to kuta beach and beachwalk, and it is very convenient for leisure dining and shopping.

Always nice to stay here, only pity that pool bar is only open till 7, in the past it was till 9

Service: There were no tissues in the room. Everything else is good. Facility: If you throw away sweets scraps in the trash can, ants will quickly grow (this is not a problem if you are careful). Everything else is good. Meal: Breakfast was good with many options. It would be better if it started at 6:00 or 6:30.
