Location: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

Perfect location if you are planning to go surfing in Kuta Beach as there are a lot of surf schools right across the road at very attractive prices. The room is clean and the interior looks newly furnished. The room also has UK outlets which we appreciate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Even though we stayed only one night to be closer to the airport, next time we’ll stay here a bit longer. We loved the location that’s close to the beach and everything you need. Also the spa is on my next trip list.

I booked for 4 bedded room, the hotel located at very strategy location, the Kuta beach just right in front of the hotel. The hotel have one big problems is that the aircon needed to be on for 24 hours to maintain the humidity of the room. Once the aircon is off, the room will soon be wrapped by the water steam. The floor become wet and u can smell the musty smell。 It has two pool. one of the pool got a bit salty water, you can feel it with your mouth. The other one is good. The room need to be extra cleanliness, because my room have spider web (Bathroom)

excellent location ,rooms are big and clean ,good price when they have discount or offers ,no noise ,excellent service ,very happy and amazing stay ,just need to work on their cards to open the room

This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.

Always helpful with a smile. Clean spacious rooms, garden pool is amazing. The gardens are beautiful. I will definitely come back again
