This is my favorite hotel, and this is my second time staying here. I highly recommend the breakfast – it's absolutely delicious, and the dining area on the second floor is quite spacious and open. The price is also incredibly good, making it a highly recommended hotel overall.

Perfect place to visit Bali. Wonderful hotel really comfortable. Very good breakfast with a lot of fresh food and eggs station. Very good waffles. Staff friendly and helpful. A good restaurant is available

It was a last-minute booking, I reserved in the evening and arrived at the hotel that night, but all the staff warmly welcomed me and I was able to check in. Because it was so sudden, there was a short wait for the room to be prepared, but during that time, they offered us welcome drinks at the restaurant. While we were enjoying them, the room was ready and we were shown to our room. There was a small mishap where the card key didn't work and I couldn't get into the room, but a young staff member passing by immediately helped. They opened the room for us first and promptly brought a new card key later, saving us a trip back to the front desk, which was a great help. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and everyone was satisfied. All the staff had genuinely lovely smiles and were so kind, making it a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again. Thanks to Trip.com, we were able to stay at this class of hotel at a significant discount, which was a blessing for a family with children!

The hotel has a great location and some of the staff (most of them) are very friendly and kind. We traveled as a family of 3 and when we came to so the check in the receptionist told us that our booking needed to pay extra for the 3rd person, which in trip.com I already paid and booked breakfast for 3 so was kinda disappointed and unfair. The staff told us to pay jut for the 3rd person breakfast since was a problem from trip.com, maybe if you are traveling you need to confirm this with both trip and the hotel to avoid this situation. Honestly the hotel needs to improve the cleanest of the bed sheets and towels, the towels looked so old and dirty, and the bed sheets were smelly as humidity. I know the area has humidity but we stayed in another hotel nearby before and no problem at all with it. Nice hotel for few days because of the location but you can think about it if you don’t like this humidity smell.

Interesting experience at this resort. Villas aren’t as big as it seems in the photos. It was built 30 Years ago. Currently undergoing renovation. The prices are currently very reasonable but this might not stay the same. The trade off is that some elements of the facility in the room is rather old and lacking the modern functionality of a clean new facility. But the bed was very comfortable. That’s a good plus. Overall It’s great value if you enjoy it for what it’s worth. I liked the 90s resort vibe

Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Liked the pool and the villa, and there's a good selection for breakfast. Left a backpack at the reception and they returned it. Direct access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in villa very much. location is perfect, breakfast great, happy we chosen the hotel. One suggestion would be just have something extra for kids, and more yoga classes. Thanks a lot!

Not a bad hotel. The breakfasts could be better, though. The ocean is just across the road, and there's a 24-hour grocery store to the right. The only significant downsides are the strange bathroom door and the lack of a balcony or drying rack in a room for four. Where are you supposed to dry towels and swimsuits?

The hotel is right across from Kuta Beach, just a short walk across the road to the ocean. The kids absolutely loved this hotel! We even booked another two-day stay here for a stopover before heading back home. The hotel has two sections and two swimming pools. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you. The video was shot on the beach directly opposite the hotel.

Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn't quite up to par. The location is good, right in front of Kuta Beach, but the traffic is terrible. Good value for money though.

Location: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

Perfect location if you are planning to go surfing in Kuta Beach as there are a lot of surf schools right across the road at very attractive prices. The room is clean and the interior looks newly furnished. The room also has UK outlets which we appreciate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
