A great location, all amenities were clean, beds comfy and cleaned daily, two pools, great little restaurant and the coffee was my favourite

I would definitely stay here again. I read all the bad reviews and I think the owners have too because they’re always doing maintenance here. they have fog for the mosquitoes regularly and maintenance is always being done Somewhere in the hotel. Our balcony is a little broken and the cleaner noticed and so they are fixing it today. The bathroom is a little old but it is very clean no complaints about the cleanliness. There’s even a fridge in the room and a safe.Food was ok but no discount for staying in hotel and it’s ++. We loved the food at Bali sun and pad on Bene. Champlung mas has everything is close to many minimarts and shopping. It’s close to the beach walking distance to everything. Squirrel watching was heaps of fun, we were towards the back of the hotel and loved the foliage and the greenery.

Had a great stay here, it has a very authentic Bali vibe, lots of bars, restaurants, pharmacy, medical clinics within a stones throw. Literally around the corner from Garlic Lane and easy access to Legian Street. Staff are brilliant, rooms might be basic but for the price, it is comfortable, very safe, breakfast is great value. Two swimming pools, three bars, live music and buckets of beers for only 110k! A good option for a cheap hotel close to airport for late night flights or late night arrivals.

Pretty good hotel, cheap and close to everything.

I was fully aware when I booked it that it was a budget stay hotel. It had everything that we needed & was in a good location. It's just a bit tired & needs a deep clean. Staff were all very attentive, professional, friendly & helpful. Overall nothing to complain about, daily house keeping. Linen was in good condition & aircon worked well.

I just love everything about New Garden view resort. I have been coming here since the 80s it keeps getting better

Stayed here many times , very good value and position,the band that plays on some specific food nights are good but way too loud to allow you to enjoy your meal

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. The prices were reasonable and offered great value for money. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the beautiful view made every morning even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room need to update, the pillows it smelly, the blankets very tin, and also the bathroom shower is not good at all it, the water goes everywhere, ,only the location is not to bad,,,

The hotel left me with mixed feelings. It has a good location, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, a warm and clean rooftop pool, and friendly staff. However, the hotel, in general, is in serious need of renovation. Everything in the rooms is very old and flimsy; doors close poorly (balcony doors didn't close at all), and all the plumbing is very worn out, with the toilet leaking. Another major downside was the simply awful Wi-Fi that barely worked. By the way, it's better to book rooms with a pool or garden view; those advertised as ocean view are actually overlooking a neighboring dump, even on the higher floors. So far, of all the places I've stayed in Bali, this is the weakest, and it wasn't even particularly cheap. I wouldn't stay here again.

Horrible hotel, dreadful service. I was given a room with a broken balcony, and insects swarmed in through a gap in the door. I ended up having to ask to be moved to another room in the middle of the night. They were reluctant at first, but eventually moved me to a room where the air conditioning didn't work, and there was the same kind of gap on the balcony, letting in just as many insects during the night. I checked out the next day and moved to a different hotel, even though I had three more nights booked here, but they didn't even refund my money.

Always a great place to stay with friendly staff and quite a good breakfast with various food to choose from.

Check in was good and all the stuff where lovely and friendly, very nice and big rooms with good size balcony, nice cold fridge and air con, nice and comfortable bed, excellent hot and powerful shower, although maybe you should bring your own shampoo because there's smelt awful, also the wash from toilet smelt like rotten eggs, we had breakfast for the 6 days included in the room price, maybe next i would give it a miss it was not really any good, also it can get get noisy from other guests out side until midnight around the hotel,
