The hotel is located in an extremely remote area with no shops or restaurants nearby. All the facilities are severely outdated, as if the hotel hasn’t been renovated for around 20 years. The bed linens were filthy, covered in permanent stains that could not be washed away. Breakfast not the buffet , only single order, no values. We requested a room change, yet the replacement room was still subpar—frankly, the condition was appalling. I highly recommend others steer clear of this place to avoid a terrible experience.

The staffs are very accommodating, courteous and attentive to all our needs. Had it not been with buffet (which was not served) but a la carte meals was instead offered and the not so clean pool, the stay would have been perfect even if it's far from the NUSA DUA Beach. Generally, we enjoyed our stay because the staffs are all kind.

Spacious room with a balcony and a bathtub. Great view. Affordable price. Friendly staff. Very comfortable atmosphere. Fantastic!

They didn't accommodate our request for an extra bed, so we had to sleep with an adult teenager in the same bed. All the rooms are worn out, and the furniture is falling apart. The pool was unpleasant. We also killed a huge cockroach in the room, but that's not the main issue. We didn't get a single good night's sleep because of the rats in the room. They lived in the kitchen and bathroom, running behind the walls and above the ceiling. There was constant scurrying from the rats all night, and they entered the room through a hatch in the ceiling. On the positive side, the breakfasts were quite edible, and the staff was friendly.

This hotel was a 4 star luxury when opened, since then, things have changed The rooms are huge, king size beds, big bathroom with 2 sinks, independent shower and bathtub. There's a kitchenette and the smart TV has many international channels and Apps, you can connect your phone to it very easily!! The swimming pool is beautiful, surround by a tropical garden with 3 big palm trees The location is not so good, although you have supermarkets and restaurants in a walk distance, you'll need to get a grab for the beach ( to Nusa Dua 15k ) Breakfast is just OK, basic and everyday the same! At first glance, the impression of the hotel is good, the lobby with beautiful decorations and nice couches!! The rooms are very impressive too. But when you check the details, is when you realise the poor maintenance of the place, things get broken and they are not repaired nor replaced. It's such a pity, they are leaving the hotel to go down little by little!! The staffs are very helpful and friendly, always smiling, and they do them best to maintain the hotel very clean. As well, if you have a problem with the room, don't hesitate to ask for a change of room. They are very flexible with it!! This hotel is perfect for low budget travellers and people who are not picky and very flexible!!

Everything in the rooms was very run-down and broken. The balcony door wouldn't close until they changed our room. The floor was greasy and unpleasant to walk on barefoot. The breakfasts were not tasty.

Mold everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty broken water heater, toilet flush is not working, water smells weird, it feels ******* eerie, its not a pleasant feeling, room smells bad too. Please improve

If you're just looking for a place to stay, and within a tight budget plus near to the beach, this is the spot!

Congratulations! This hotel has earned first place as the worst hotel on the planet—according to my personal ranking. If you didn't come here to star in a jungle survival show, stay as far away from this place as possible. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has four stars. I think they forgot to put a minus sign in front of them. A minus four-star hotel? That I would believe. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by frightened staff who seem afraid to talk to you or even make eye contact. The hotel itself looks as if it survived a nuclear winter. Everything is falling apart: ceilings with holes, mold everywhere, rust, and ants all over the place. The rooms are no different. Have you ever seen rusty bedside lamps? I have. Just look at the photos. We tried to change our room, but every room was exactly the same! And we were staying in a suite. I can't even imagine what the standard rooms must look like. The bathroom was rusty, and the mirror had red splash marks on it. Maybe they were left behind by the previous guests who couldn't survive this nightmare. There were no hand towels or bath mats—only two bath towels. The bed linen and towels were dirty, full of holes and stains. Even though they changed the bed linen every day, somehow each new set was in even worse condition than the last. I was honestly expecting the staff to say, "Sorry, but tonight you'll have to sleep on the floor." You can see everything for yourself in the photos. So do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Better yet, just shut it down. It's an embarrassment.

I stayed same room as before and breakfast was good 👍🏻 crazy woman was shouting in the middle of the night. And again next day....

The hotel is VERY damaged. Stains on the ceilings, sofas, beds, bedsheets, walls. Scratches on furniture. Dirty curtains. Damaged shower, sinks, baths. Smth scratched on the highest floor during the night. Staff is friendly, but they cannot solve these problems as they are everywhere. Also the food in the restaurant is terrible. Very salty, eggshell in fried rice. The total is 10-25 mins bike ride from the beaches. There is a good supermarket 7 mins walk from the hotel. Please choose this hotel as the last option or a cheap one.

Hotel is good, location is good, close to home, will definitely come again.
