I can't understand why this hotel isn't rated 10! The view was fantastic, and the hotel is spacious with a great design; you can see wooden reliefs everywhere. Breakfast was à la carte, and it was incredibly delicious and plentiful (the banana pancakes were particularly memorable). The service was very warm and attentive.

This place is absolutely beautiful, completely enveloped in greenery. The service is top-notch, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is spotless and tidy. The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfasts are à la carte and absolutely delicious. The views from the restaurant and our room window are stunning. If you love lush greenery and tranquility, you definitely need to visit this hotel. The only minor inconvenience is the cascading layout of the buildings, but there's a quick solution – just call for a buggy, and it arrives fast. It so happened that we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel (I mentioned this when booking). The complimentary surprise was wonderful – a cake at breakfast, swans made from towels with a rose on the bed along with congratulations, and a bath filled with rose petals! It was all incredibly thoughtful. The cake was amazing. Thank you, hotel, for your kind consideration!

Location is a bit far from city centre . Not much happenings around the hotel. Hotel food is decent. Staff’s services are excellent.

A very good place to stay, peaceful in the jungle. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is nothing in this place i could find bad. I extended my stay 2 more days here. Loved it.

A very authentic hotel right in the heart of the island. The jungle is beautiful, the staff is very attentive, the food is delicious, the grounds are great, and cleaning is done daily. We will definitely come back again and again.

This is a premium hotel far outside of Ubud center. Be aware you are about 30 minutes from Ubud if you stay here and there really isn't much to do in the immediate area besides stare at the jungle. Staff was outstanding here with frequent greetings by name and remembering you like a Ritz Carlton. Because I enjoy regular outings I actually found the location quite inconvenient as an hour a day would have to be devoted just to getting to and from Ubud. The room I got was enormous and included a dining room, sitting room, bedroom, large bathroom. The in room amenities were great including a free restocking mini bar with snacks (no alcohol) and a large smart TV. The bed was huge, soft, and comfortable. The bathtub was a downside as it was quite small by western standards (not as small as a japanese tub though). I'm not a very big individual at 173cm and I felt it was too narrow and not long enough. Perhaps suitable for petite individuals only. Be aware of that if like me and many Americans you prefer baths over showers. The property is very large and you will likely want to regularly use the phone to request the on site golf cart shuttles to get around it as otherwise you will spend much of your time walking uphill from the rooms to the amenities near the entrance like the restaurant and pool.

Amazing experience staying in this wonderful traditional Balinese-style hotel, surrounded by stunning views and sounds of nature. Spacious beautiful room, nice breakfast, excellent staff. Unforgettable experience of Melukat - Balinese water purification ceremony in the temple on the grounds of the resort. As for shuttle bus to Ubud - it was only twice a day, and a more frequent service would be desired.

No matter what kind of traveler you are, this place is perfect for relaxation. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel their thoughtful service. All the art and sculptures are truly inspiring. I highly recommend unwinding at the lowest pool — it’s incredibly relaxing to be surrounded by lush greenery next to a beautiful and clean pool. An amazing resort that has everything you need, with attentive and thoughtful service.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, breakfasts are delicious, and the service is excellent! They even upgraded our room. It's a bit far from Ubud, but there's a shuttle at 10 AM and 4 PM, with the return trip at 4:45 PM. A taxi from Ubud to the hotel costs around 100 rupees. Free yoga sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday. On Mondays at 8 AM, there's a guided walking tour through the village, where we saw rice terraces and how the locals live. I definitely want to come back!

You can only get here by bike or taxi, there is no entertainment in the hotel itself, only for a couple of nights, I would not recommend taking it for many days! There is nowhere to walk around the territory, although according to the description and reviews it seems that there is) The building itself is a little outdated, the room seems clean, but there is a smell of dampness, I was stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping there! At 6 or 7 p.m the staff wanted to break into our room with cleaning, and the staff opened the door while we were in the room, it is very strange! In the evening the monkeys come, close the balcony, we liked them, no complaints) The coolest thing is the hotel restaurant, the view and staff are 100% perfect!

Beautiful place. Recommended for families. A good place to spend the day. The view is awsome.
