This is a very basic and budget-friendly hotel. On the positive side: the room has 2 bottles of water, 2 mugs, shampoo, and shower gel. There's free black tea as a welcome drink, available unlimitedly any time of day or night. The pool is quite nice and attractive. On the downside: there's no kettle in the room. Hot water is only available from coolers near the reception and on other floors – but is it boiled? It's very inconvenient to have to leave the room for hot water. There are no shower curtains in the bathroom, even though there are fixtures for them on the walls. What's the point of having them then? When I asked if a curtain could be installed, the reply was, "we don't have any." It's very inconvenient as water splashes all over the floor, flooding the entire bathroom. There's no hot water; it's only lukewarm. The sink was clogged. When I asked them to clean the sink and fix the hot water, they said "ok" but DID NOTHING. The bed linen was dirty, and the towels left much to be desired. Breakfasts are geared towards locals; they're quite spicy. For Europeans, the only options are omelets and porridge. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is basic, but good taking care off. The staffs are doing a fantastic job!! It's very clean and comfortable!!
Rooms are small and with the very essential.
The highlights of this hotel are, the location, the wonderful breakfast ( buffet with lots of variety and everyday different dishes) and the swimming pool, very long, so perfect to swim!!!
Overall a good value for money!!!

Food was great, but the rooms are quite old, so expect something non-functional upon entering the room. But then, the front office and maintenance team are quick enough to fix them. Great price for those who want to visit Nusa Dua. There are some convenience stores and car/motorbike rentals around.

I had a wonderful stay at Amara Hotel in Nusa Dua. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was cleaned daily.

Good hotel with great breakfast! Not very good ventilation for the bathroom ( since Bali is humid all the time) might need an improvement! And the internet a little annoying because you have to sign on all the time! Staff is wonderful and they offer free coffee 24/7.

Good place to sleep but quite small, however compare with the price is ok. Breakfast is local food pretty much so be prepared for chicken and curry or so on. Anyway, I feel comfortable with help from front desk and it is closed to BNDCC. It is walkable distance or take Grab or Gojek in quite heat days.

The pillows in the room smelled terrible. The staff only changed the pillowcases and pillow covers, but it didn't help. I travel often, but I have never seen such smelly and dirty pillows anywhere.
