Our stay did not start well, and we faced several issues that left us quite disappointed. However, we truly believe this is a beautiful resort with great potential, and with continuous improvements, it can become a truly outstanding luxury destination. We would especially like to thank the resort manager, Tika. She is an incredibly kind, caring, and professional person who genuinely did everything she could to make us happy. She listened to our concerns, treated us with great respect, and worked tirelessly to compensate us for our difficult experience. Tika made a real difference in our stay, and we sincerely hope the resort recognizes how valuable she is. Thank you, Tika, for your kindness and exceptional hospitality.

The hotel offers very good service, featuring spacious and immaculately maintained rooms. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks before our butler took us on a property tour via golf cart. Then he proceeded to introduce our accommodations. The suite itself is incredibly generous in size, boasting beautifully indoor greenery that also available in their expansive bathroom. The room is also thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities, including a hot and cold water dispenser, speaker, wine glasses and many more amenities for starting little in room party. While we did not have the chance to partake in the complimentary daily activities, we thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality a-la carte buffet breakfast selection.

Seriously reconsider before booking this hotel!! First off, the location is incredibly remote. I thought it would be a secluded paradise, but it turned out to be a rural valley. It's 9.8 kilometers from Ubud city center, and a one-way taxi ride takes at least 45 minutes, meaning 1.5 hours round trip. This makes it a huge hassle to get to places like the famous Dirty Duck Diner, Naughty Nuri's (for pork ribs), try coconut ice cream, or visit attractions like Ubud Palace! Secondly, the room view is completely different from what's advertised – it's pure countryside! I booked a villa, and while the room was very large and spacious, it had a fatal flaw: an abundance of insects and animals. Geckos, flying ants, spiders, all sorts of them. In the middle of the night, there were frogs and chickens chirping. It's impossible to guard against them. Imagine you're in a 300-square-meter rural villa with all these bugs and strange noises, and suddenly a small dark shadow scurries by while you're sleeping – I was terrified! And worst of all, termites!!! They chew on wood, so I didn't dare put my luggage on the floor. If they got into my suitcase and I brought them home, all my wooden furniture would be ruined. The hotel's preventative measure was an Indian-scented mosquito coil. Who understands that smell?! You come back to your room after a long day, and it smells like an Indian man just slept in it. Even then, it didn't keep the bugs away. I was on the verge of a breakdown!!

Stayed for two nights. On the second night, my room was infested with giant spiders, huge scorpions, centipedes, and a whole nest of small ants (which kept crawling onto the coffee table). The pillowcase on the first night had an unknown stain, so I had to use my own clothes as a cover to sleep. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, so you're pretty much stuck eating at the hotel, where the in-house restaurants are over 50% more expensive than those downtown.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. Upon check-in, the butler gave us a tour of the facilities. I was initially worried about mosquitoes in this room type, but there were none at all once we checked in. We were very happy with our two-day stay. The tent room was unique, and we even saw small squirrels in the room's courtyard. The hotel restaurant was absolutely amazing, the food was incredibly delicious! You *must* try the steak for dinner, it's absolutely fantastic!!!! Breakfast was also very good, and the drinks were great too. There's even a party every Friday night. We booked dinner with the butler the day we arrived. There are also free yoga classes weekly, though you have to wake up quite early, it's definitely worth experiencing. The hotel staff provided excellent service. Our room was a bit far from the restaurant, but the butler would pick us up and drop us off anywhere we needed to go, via WhatsApp. It was superb.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable! They offer a turndown service, and Merry at the front desk was so friendly. We arrived early on our first day and our room wasn't ready for check-in, so they kindly provided a day-use room for us to rest in. All the butlers we encountered were wonderful! On our first night, our butler Dek Ais, from the jungle tent area, literally carried two large suitcases down a dozen or so flights of stairs – it was amazing! He was so detailed in explaining the room services and was the type who would go above and beyond for any request. We're very grateful. Our second butler, Bayu, also provided excellent service. For the tent-style rooms, I highly recommend staying at least one night; showering in the rainforest felt like transforming into a tropical monkey! Loved, loved, loved it! 🥰 Big thanks also to Andrew, Randek, Widi, and Moyi for their friendly service.

Found this hotel on Trip.com. We chose it because we wanted a quiet hotel a bit further away from the sea. The overall stay was surprisingly pleasant. The hotel has a nice and quiet environment, the room facilities are complete, and the swimming pool is great! What’s more, the hotel service was excellent. A special thank you to Merry, Ayu, Risna, Tika, Andrew, Bawa, Wahyudi and Gading for their service! We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Returning to everyday life in Sydney, I find myself smiling at the beautiful memories of our stay at K Club in Ubud, Bali. During our week-long trip to Bali with my daughter, we spent 3 nights and 4 days at K Club, and it truly felt like a peaceful and private sanctuary. Although the public pool was under construction—which was a bit disappointing—we heard it’s a stunning spot for photos. That said, we hardly missed it, as we spent most of our time relaxing in the villa, enjoying complete privacy except for mealtimes. From the moment we checked in, our experience was special. We were welcomed with canang sari offerings and a small Balinese ritual, which set the tone for our stay. I fell in love with the scent of the incense used in the offerings and ended up bringing quite a lot back to Sydney. Now, whenever I light them, I’m instantly transported back to those peaceful moments in Bali. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was Wirapati, whose warm smile and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Every day, he thoughtfully prepared new canang sari and introduced us to different incense, always accommodating my requests with kindness. The dining experience was also excellent. We especially enjoyed the private BBQ lunch in our villa and the Indonesian cooking class—it was both fun and memorable. We also joined a half-day tour to central Ubud. Despite the intense heat, our driver, Dek Jul, remained incredibly kind and professional. He guided us patiently throughout the tour and even drove us safely all the way to Jimbaran, for which we are truly grateful. There are many more staff members whose kindness and genuine smiles we remember fondly. Their warmth made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend K Club to anyone visiting Ubud. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and create beautiful memories. Next time, I hope to return with my husband.

This was by far my favorite hotel in Bali. It's nestled deep within the rainforest, with private villas, each boasting its own pool. The service was excellent. They offer a shuttle service to Ubud Market. The breakfast was plentiful, though my only minor complaint is that I found it hard to get used to the flavors. I hope the hotel can offer more options catering to Chinese palates in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Every step of the way, the staff were incredibly attentive, and I could communicate all my needs easily via WhatsApp. The hotel has a pure 'wild luxury' vibe – I was woken up by roosters in the morning! Both the restaurant and spa were fantastic. Plus, I even had some wild 'little ones' (likely referring to animals) visit my room for a play!

This resort has just good advertisement and that is all positive i can say . While i tried to use hair dryer it was so cheap that i dried my hair 2 hours, horrible. When we ordered to toom some drinks it tooks 1 h to get them. Main pool and facilities areound didn’t work because of several months maintanance. Lastly i want to say that i got sick and needed to check out 1 day earlier. They didn’t accept refund for that 1 night.  I would never come back again for 320 eur rate per night for 1 bedroom unit

The room was spacious and beautiful, giving off a tropical rainforest vibe. The overall service was very attentive, and the staff were all enthusiastic. However, due to the natural, rustic environment, there were too many bugs. Even though pest control was done daily, there were always bug carcasses on the floor.

It was really great!) fantastic service, excellent villa, all what you need. Every  year we stay there. Thanks 🤩
