The hotel detail feels more like a solid 4-star resort. Fixtures in the room showed noticeable rust, and the bathtub in the middle made the whole room humid, attracting a few small bugs. I even got bitten by insects at night. Additionally, local vendors at the beach club frequently approach you to buy things, so it's best to lower your expectations there. You will enjoy it more if you manage expectations to a 4-star level.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a sense of relaxation and vacation. All the restaurants here are delicious, especially SteakSmith. The staff at check-in were very thoughtful and helped us make a reservation, and we had a wonderful evening!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and friends and we really enjoyed this resort a lot a lot! When we first arrived, we were impressed by how big the resort is, and while checking in, the staff offered me a welcome drink. I love how big this resort is, have several pools for both adults and kids, and even the breakfast selection is decently good! The room is bigger than expected and comes with a bath tub in the centre. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Nusa Dua!

Although Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort is not beachfront, there's a shuttle service to its exclusive beach club. The rooms are stylishly decorated, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and there are multiple swimming pools with different vibes. It's a fantastic hotel, highly recommended!

I had read many reviews mentioning that the Renaissance hotel was a bit out of the way. However, after checking in, I found that the nearest Coco Mart was only about a 10-minute walk. Although we used taxis for all our comings and goings, the supermarket was less than a minute's drive from the hotel entrance, making shopping incredibly convenient. What surprised us most were the free hotel activities. We participated in a neighborhood exploration and a Rindik instrument class. It was our first time learning about the cultural inclusiveness of Bali, and the instrument teacher, Astika, shared so much interesting knowledge about traditional instruments! I highly recommend not missing these activities! Even though the hotel isn't beachfront, they offer a shuttle bus to their private beach club, and the beach quality is excellent. The breakfast was standard but had a decent variety, and you could get freshly squeezed juices made to order. As a Marriott member, my room was upgraded, and the balcony on the top floor offered sea views. There seemed to be construction in the distance near the sea. The construction noise was quite noticeable during the day, but it became inaudible once the balcony door was closed, so it didn't affect us at all. Strangely, you couldn't hear any construction noise while by the pool during the day. If they offer promotions, this hotel's price point would definitely be a steal among comparable hotels in Nusa Dua! All four pools have unique features, and I hope to stay for more nights next time!

The hotel is superb with a vast, lush green territory featuring four swimming pools. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with constant watering, cleaning, and tidying. The pools are always spotless. Our room was large and spacious, everything was clean, neat, and beautifully presented. We had a big balcony with a sofa. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the musty smell, even though we were on the 6th floor. When we mentioned it, the staff responded quickly and immediately placed a dehumidifier in our room. The breakfasts were magnificent, served in two large halls with a wide variety of dishes. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! 👍👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff made our stay so special and took care of. The buffet breakfast has been amazing too.

Birthday celebration! The hotel was great and they even gave us a small cake. However, the hotel itself isn't directly connected to the beach; you need to take a shuttle bus.

The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, making communication smooth. The hotel boasts a wonderful view, balancing closeness to nature with an elegant, staggered design. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I personally found the pillows a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients; for dinner, I recommend the steak at SteakSmith. With multiple pools, a spa, a gym, and a beach club, it completely satisfied all my vacation needs. Many families with children also come here for their holidays.

It's rare to find a suitable room type for two adults and two children these days. The hotel service was excellent. I told the front desk that I needed to pack breakfast for the next day because we had an early start for Nusa Penida and wouldn't have time to eat. The breakfast we received the next day was still warm, and the bread was delicious – much better than the bread at Ayana, where we stayed later. I'd recommend Renaissance for future trips to Bali.

Perfect for families or couples, it's very quiet and all four pools are fantastic. They have both Chinese and Western cuisine, it's clean, and there's a free shuttle service to the shopping center.

The room's blue main theme was lovely and comfortable, complete with a bathtub and balcony. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the food. There's also a Chinese restaurant with good food and a lion dance performance.

The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, but perhaps due to the weather, the sheets felt a bit damp on the first night. For the rest of our stay, we kept the air conditioning on dehumidifier mode, which made it more comfortable. The hotel also offers many classes, allowing guests to enjoy both their vacation and some exercise.
