Bali Relaxing Resort and Spa

We were checked into a terribly dirty and old standard room. It was impossible to sleep at night because of a cart rattling over the cobblestones – staff were transporting food. The hotel itself, the corridors, and the grounds are all large and extensive, but everything feels worn out. There are many guests from India and Russia, and people dry their laundry on racks in the common corridor – it felt like Anapa in 1999. In the end, despite having paid for 3 nights and having a non-refundable booking, the manager changed our room to a better, more expensive, and quieter one without extra charge the next morning. That was a pleasant surprise. The pool closes at 8 PM, which is a downside. The beach isn't suitable for swimming; it's just for aesthetics. Breakfasts and the food in the restaurant are generally unappetizing, unfortunately. On the plus side, there's a fantastic, huge pool, with a separate one for children. We had a great time there. 7 points for resolving the room issue, but honestly, I wouldn't stay here again. The cafe staff are responsive, but the food isn't good. The parking attendants are nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel! I stayed here in May 2026. They let me check in three hours early without any extra charge. The room was lovely, with a view of the pool. The grounds were clean, and the room was tidied every day. Upon request, I was provided with an iron and ironing board, as well as extra hangers. The balcony had a drying rack, two chairs, and a small table. The pool was quite large and clean, with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and always fresh towels for both the pool and the beach. The beach was just a stone's throw away. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Across the street, there are massage parlors, a hairdresser, a laundry service, and a small shop. The hotel also has a currency exchange with a good rate.

The staff were very polite and had excellent service. However, if you're staying on the 3rd or 4th floor, you'll need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. So, when checking out, I recommend calling a staff member beforehand to help with your bags – they're always happy to assist. The room amenities were all working, but there was a slight odor. The hotel has a private beach, but it's not suitable for swimming due to a lot of trash. The pool is quite large and good for both adults and children, and it's conveniently located next to the restaurant. There aren't many facilities around the hotel, just a few restaurants, two convenience stores, and one more upscale spa.
