The staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant food was delicious and so was the breakfast. Pool was clean and quiet but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The bathrooms in particular were covered in mould and the towels that had once been white were a dark grey.

We had a wonderful experience here for our 25th anniversary. The staff were wonderful and the room was a fantastic. We feel it was a real deal to get so much for such a good price. Also the food was very good and convenient when we didn’t feel like venturing into the craziness of city center to find some dinner. We would highly recommend this place to others.

The Dudek Restaurant on the property served authentic Balinese cuisine. Their vegetarian spring rolls are the best I have had anywhere. The service at the hotel was excellent. Sara in particular went above and beyond to see that everything was looked after for customer’s wishes. The pool was great. The room spacious and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I stayed in a downstairs super deluxe, and was extremely comfortable. It had aircon, fridge, bathroom with both bath and shower and a kettle to be able to boil water. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

I traveled to Bali recently and wanted to start in Ubud. I booked this place for 4 nights and then I extended for 9 nights more and I have to say this is one of the absolute BEST places I've ever stayed!! First of all, the owner Bun is the BEST! He'll give you his Whatsapp and he's super responsive if you have questions during your stay. You'll also see him often on property here and he's always super friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area. Here are the highights of my stay: The rooms are super cool and super clean! There is outdoor sitting space and the views are great! There is a great pool on the property, and the hotel is super convenient to cool walkable places (like good restaurants, shops, and Monkey Forest). There is also a restaurant here on the property which is very convenient for breakfast and you can rent a scooter here too! And the pricing to stay is also great compared with other properties and the value you get for the price is out of this world! This is budget priced with luxury value, I guarantee! I've traveled all over the world and stayed in tons of different types of places in many different countries and this has been my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I was living in Los Angeles and the US Virgin Islands and now I'm moving to Bali actually because it's a MAGICAL place! Anyone coming to Bali MUST come to Ubud and they MUST stay here! You won't be disappointed!

The place is new so is very nice and clean. Is out of the main drag of the town so is quiet, maybe a 10 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were all so nice and helpful, the owner went out of his way to help us out when a booked shuttle didnt turn up, we wished we had have known we could have booked everything through him!!

Great value for the price. Sitting by the pool was relaxing and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Located outside the tourist zone, so hired drivers can pick up and drop off at this location.
