I have to mention that the apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach, and right downstairs is Bali's largest shopping mall. It has a supermarket, entertainment, dining, and countless brands – truly a prime example of a CBD. It's perfect for anyone looking for convenience!

There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment that was hard to tolerate, and there were no bidets in the bathrooms.

The room I stayed in was a bit dated, but the location was super convenient. It's right next to a shopping mall and Kuta Beach.

The hotel's location is excellent, right inside a mall. You just go downstairs and you're there, no need to walk outside. It's also very close to Kuta Beach. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and the price is affordable. However, the previous night, from around 8:00 PM to past midnight, there was extremely loud music, vibrating the entire room, making it impossible to sleep. The next day, at noon, outdoor construction noise started again for over an hour – I don't know what kind of machine it was, but it was incredibly loud. I complained to Ctrip twice. After Ctrip contacted the hotel, they apologized and offered a fruit platter.

I stayed here for one night before heading back home. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. It was also quiet. Upon check-in, we were given two complimentary breakfast vouchers for YOLO, which is just 20 meters away. The hotel is located inside a mall, which was quite lively, making it convenient for dining and other activities. I even stumbled upon a candy store, a Singaporean brand that brought back childhood memories for my daughter, so I picked up some sweets. The staff were very friendly, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The only downside is that the detergent they use for the linens has a very strong fragrance. I'm quite sensitive to smells, but my daughter and mother didn't seem to mind it.

Rooms are clean, it’s very convenience as downstairs is the shopping mall, and just located beside the sea.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning kept the rooms tidy and clean too. Location is great as its right above the beachwalk mall. But do note that due to its opposite kuta beach, the in out route is only 1way lane, so might encounter traffic jam.

Kuta Beach Walk Apartment boasts an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and come with a basic kitchenette. The area around is packed with street food vendors and shops, and you can catch the sunset right outside your door. It's great value for money and perfect for tourists who love a lively beach atmosphere.

The rooms were clean and located above a mall. The pool isn't very big but acceptable. Provide disposable toothbrush and shavers.

The room was fantastic, with brand-new appliances. Service via WhatsApp was almost instantaneous. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, so nights are peaceful. Right downstairs is a shopping center, so you have everything you need for daily life and entertainment even if you don't step out. If I had to pick a downside, one would be the air conditioning outdoor unit noise in the rooms near the door, which might not suit light sleepers (though it was fine for kids). The other is that breakfast is served at Yello Hotel, a sister property. While the service was good, the breakfast itself was quite simple with limited options. After 7 days, I honestly lost my appetite, perhaps also because I'm not used to the heavily spiced Indonesian food.

This hotel apartment seemed wonderful at check-in. I even filmed a room tour, thinking 'wow, this is great!' But to my surprise, the next day was a completely different story. There was a huge blood stain on the duvet inside the cover – absolutely disgusting, truly revolting. And then I found a gecko in the wardrobe! I was furious. I reported the situation to the Trip.com concierge, who was quite helpful, but the hotel's response was just so-so, full of excuses and reasons. My overall experience staying here for four days was that the shower pressure was very weak, and at night, the live music from the shopping mall outside was incredibly loud. If it weren't for the hygiene issues and the noise, it would actually be a decent place for a multi-person family trip. This is my very objective review.

We frequently stay at these apartments. It's a wonderful place for the first week after arriving at the pound. The pool and gym are also great. It's very close to the surf schools. Thank you for your hospitality!
