Benoa Sea Suites and Villas Reviews

Just returned from a vacation at this hotel. We rented a villa with a private pool. Honestly, I only went into the pool twice during the entire stay, so I guess it was more for show. Room cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was included in our rate, and in the evenings, we ordered from reception and it was delivered to our room at the appointed time. There was a good selection, and everything was delicious! The hotel is intimate, with only a few rooms, and the grounds are compact with their own pool. The pool was warm from the sun and spacious, with hardly ever anyone in it, but the pool edges could use a better cleaning. There's no private beach; we used the beach area of the neighboring hotel. However, for swimming, it's better to go to other beaches that are more suited for it and also cleaner. To the right of the hotel is an area for water sports. This might be a plus for some, and a minus for others due to the view. I'd like to thank the lady at reception who helped us contact the water park where my girlfriend left her phone and resolved the issue of its return! In general, everyone at reception was very friendly and pleasant. I recommend this hotel if you're not too particular about minor details. There are many shops, restaurants, and massage places around the hotel, which is also a big plus. I wish the hotel continued success!

Great hotel location, clean room, and a beautiful view from the window.

I really loved it here! I could spend all afternoon by the pool, it was fantastic. The staff were super friendly too. If you're expecting the cleanliness of a luxury hotel at this price point, you might be disappointed, but personally, I think it offers really great value for money!

everything was good. Staff nicely and helpful. cleanliness was good just a bit old for wood furniture. Location was far from ubud or canggu, it take about more then one hour to go

Overall, not bad. You can tell that time and humidity have taken their toll on the room's condition. There's a good local restaurant nearby. Around the hotel, you can definitely experience the island's unique charm. The staff and people we met in cafes, shops, and massage parlors were all very friendly and welcoming!

Overall very good experience. Very quiet place. But nearby don't have much activity to do 😕

Great service and staff, beautiful villa, great pool and breakfast. Highly recommend

The breakfast wasn't varied and didn't look like the pictures shown for the hotel.

I had a private pool Villa which was perfect for me. There was plenty of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel and the beach was nice and close with maybe a 30 second walk from the villa. Ideal place to reset.

staying here because have some event nearby. but the service excellent

Good location , friendly staff, nice rooms

Recommend for those who like to play water sports this place is nearby and morning you get to see sunrise in front of your balcony

Spacious room with a working Jacuzzi, great for moon-gazing or spying on water sports pros while you soak like royalty. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pretty sure this place has the VIP pass to the best sunrise view in town. Evenings on the balcony felt like a movie, stars, moonlight, and that sea reflection magic. Bed was comfy, room was spotless, and the connecting room setup is a win for squad trips. We had an awesome stay, sunrise coffee hits different when you’re living your best vacation life! Sure come back for second time. Just a heads-up: the sea hangs out at the shore from 9am to 3 PM, then it peaces out and leaves a whole lotta sand behind so plan your beach dips early!

Great service and friendly staff. There have good breakfast. No complaints.
