Environment: As it's part of the Accor group, it's generally reliable. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate since we didn't spend much time in the hotel itself. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic, truly top-notch. We even had them do our laundry, which was charged by the kilogram. They were also happy to deliver drinks from the ground floor to our room. Features: The rooftop pool offers amazing sea views, which was a real highlight. Location: The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk.

This hotel is right by the beach, in a bustling area with easy access to massage places and supermarkets. Our room faced away from the main street, so it was pretty quiet. As a well-known international chain, the service was consistently good. Breakfast was a mix of Western and local dishes, but nothing special. The rooftop restaurant was a bit pricey and the food was quite ordinary.

The hotel is great, and the facilities are brand new. It's located right across from the beach, and the view is beautiful.

The environment here is great. Kuta Beach is right downstairs, so after surfing, you can head straight back to the hotel to shower, as the public beach showers cost money. The market is on the opposite side, perfect for an evening stroll. The beach is full of persistent surf touts; it's quite competitive, and for about 80 RMB, they'll let you surf until you're exhausted. You can rent a scooter downstairs for around 40 RMB a day, but you'll need to fill the tank yourself, which cost me about 12 RMB. Don't worry about finding a scooter or surf lessons, as there are countless shops due to the thriving tourism industry. The hygiene is decent; we brought our own filtered showerhead, and it turned slightly yellow after two days. Also! Whatever you do, avoid rooms 516 and 515 in this hotel, as they face the exhaust vents of the building next door – you'll definitely regret it. If you opt for the room-only package without breakfast, it's about 90 RMB per person. The amenities and surroundings are excellent, as long as you steer clear of rooms 515 and 516, it's a fantastic choice.
