Great stay

Excellent staff, everyone was trained well, but seemed all natural in their ways of communication. Food in Rasa restaurant was excellent for breakfast and Rendang was superb for dinner. Note that its the only restaurant open at the moment… Only bad remarks was it really needs to be painted and fixed many places. Maintainance is not the best, but it looks amazing from a distance

A little out of place but there’s a shuttle service to geger beach!

we stayed there recently for a friend's wedding. The hotel is definitely not 5 star at best 3 star, however the room rates are 3 star so cannot complain. Many things are not working and the staffs are definitely not 5 stars standard. I think the owner should brand it and market it as 3 stairs hotel otherwise it will attract a lot of complaints because it falls way short of a 5 star hotel. If you are on a budget it's OK to stay there but lower your expectation.

The place is near the beach but kind of far from the airport. The service from the staffs are great and they are very friendly. The downside of this place is they didn’t maintain it properly especially the bathroom. The wallpaper of the rooms are peeling off . Their breakfast was just so so and is best to choose a table near the entrance else you will get sweaty while eating your breakfast because there aren’t any fan nor aircond inside the cafeteria. Watch out for flies as there are quite a lot of them flying around.

Clean room

We chose a hotel to explore Geger beach, so to speak, value for money. The hotel is certainly not 5*, but 4* for sure. I liked the breakfast (there was chocolate fondue and fresh rolls, as well as delicious desserts, fresh juices (watermelon, pineapple), apple and pineapple juice (very tasty).

Was in a nice quiet area.

Best Hotel esp for the price. Nothing to complain

The Vouk hotel and suites are absolutely AMAZING. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are so beautiful and most importantly, the staff are all sooo nice. It made my solo stay really welcoming. It's isolated from shops and convenience stores though so I spent a lot of my spending money on taxis to Kuta/Seminyak town centre and back each day. Very expensive.

There is a very strong musty smell in the room. I opened the door to ventilate for a long time, but the smell is still very strong. There are obvious stains on the sheets and duvet covers. Anyway, it feels unclean! Facilities: It may be an older hotel, and the air conditioner is also old. On the first night, I was so noisy by the air conditioner that I couldn't sleep all night! I was really speechless. I asked them to repair it the next day. It was better after repairing, but the sound was still very loud! Service: Average service, generally good This hotel has a good outside environment, as well as good breakfast and restaurants. I stayed in four hotels in Indonesia. The breakfast is the best. There are a lot of Chinese food, and the taste is very good! It's just that the hygiene of the room is worrying...

very disappointed with hotel staff management and service. my plan to stay is for 2 days , unfortunately my grandfather passed away so i had to check out one day early. spoke to the hotel staff they said if i go through the online booking and request refund they will accept and process. so i did but trip.com informed me the hotel rejected my refund . very disappointed with the hotel bad attitude
