Beautiful hotel, the breakfast included is good (the best is the service time, 6-11 am) very helpful staff and great location. They also offer laundry service which is good and cheap. The staff also helped to get a bike to explore around. Definitely worth it!

Good hotel, however there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the hotel. The water pressure was low as well. The rest is good, breakfast is ok.

Nice place, very tranquil and could certainly cater for health needs as well. Super healthy breakfast, great laundry service that was so reasonably priced and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Tucked just off the main street so easy access to restaurants and markets.

Great location, near to everything in Ubud. The room is clean and with a nature design. However, you'll hear the noise from other rooms but other than that, all is okay.

Convenient location, good service, good environment. It is a terraced sanatorium hotel with a small river, 2 small swimming pools and multiple sofa pavilions. It provides 4-7 days of recuperation packages, different treatments and themes, intestinal conditioning, etc., including accommodation, physical therapy, yoga, spa, meals. And these contents can be experienced separately. My mother and I had a spa and the experience was very good. The spa is also divided into a variety of packages with different durations and contents, and there are saunas and pools available. And the laundry here is cheap and fast. It is very humid here, and it is difficult to dry it yourself. This is the first time I used the hotel laundry service. I washed a total of 9 pieces of clothing and 1 pair of river trekking shoes twice, and the total cost was about RMB 15. I can't believe it! Recommended [grin]
