Upon arrival, my mum and I were really surprised with the nice front garden . Looks like a real palace! The same view is inside - everything is full of grass, flowers, fountains. The hotel is so big that you can get lost during first days. The beach is well equipped with lots of facilities. However, it was a bit uncomfortable to stay there because of a lot of locals trying to sell you something every 10 minutes. I was really tired of saying “no thank you”. 5star hotel shouldn’t let this happen, it really disturbs from relaxing. The service is really good, every time you need something - they do it immediately. The internet however was really poor, and I couldn’t even call my family because the connection was really slow. One more thing we didn’t like - the breakfast. It didn’t look unique , not for a 5star hotel as well. I have experienced a lot so far, but at Ayodya I was even hungry after breakfast. Average home made breakfast isn’t something you want to have during the luxurious holiday. Sushi was a real “shame”, the pastry wasn’t tasty at all. The rooms were excellent , with balconies. Everyday cleaning was good. Thank you for positive emotions, we will definitely recommend your hotel. Hopefully you will improve your cuisine in the future.

The place is so so big. We went a few years ago and it was amazing. Had some difficulties with my elderly parents and the stairs because the elevators were broken. I would love to see this place return to the quality it was a few years ago. Good for families lots of activities and kids club.

This hotel is simply magnificent, we lived like in a fairytale!!! The hotel upgraded our booking to the Palace wing for free, which included many complimentary amenities. On the day of arrival, we had a complimentary minibar stocked with beer, snacks, juices, milk, and various goodies. Every day, fresh fruit and delicious cookies were brought to our room for free. There was a coffee machine with aromatic coffee, and the staff even spoiled us with candies. The room had everything one could wish for, even two sinks, and the balcony with comfortable sofas completed our day with a sea view. It was wonderful to drink coffee with cookies and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was a convenient drying rack on the balcony, and our swimsuits dried overnight. Breakfasts were also excellent; there was such a wide selection that it was impossible to try everything, and we were accompanied by a local celebrity at breakfast)), a white heron. I also want to highlight the beautiful grounds, the super warm pool, and the range of activities for all ages. You are the best!!!!

Good hotel with excellent breakfasts. Programs are available for an additional fee. It's a mix of a Turkish and an Asian resort experience. The beach is probably one of the best.

The hotel grounds are huge, and there are several cafes and restaurants right on site. The beach is large with plenty of loungers. The breakfasts were very satisfying, offering a variety of international cuisines to suit all tastes. The rooms were clean and tidied daily.

My beloved Ayodya. Everything was top-notch! A splendid territory, an excellent beach, activities for both children and adults, spacious rooms (though a bit dated), and polite and friendly staff. We'd gladly come back again. The only thing I didn't like was being checked into a room on the 5th floor in a block with a broken elevator. We had to walk up and down from the 1st to the 5th floor for all 7 days, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, there were renovation works going on. The management really shouldn't be assigning guests to these rooms while maintenance is in progress…

I booked this hotel hoping for a wide range of activities. Unfortunately, many required advance reservations, and I was disappointed that I couldn't join any on the day due to them being fully booked. However, the evening Zumba class was held outdoors, so I could join freely and it was a lot of fun. On the downside, the hotel felt old. As many other reviews mentioned, the entire hotel had a dated feel to it. I also noticed that the room and sheets were quite damp, which was a bit of a concern. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent. As expected from a large hotel, it was very spacious with a huge variety of options. There were live cooking stations everywhere, so it was clear they made an effort to keep things interesting even for guests staying several days. The fruit selection, in particular, had countless varieties, which was great for enjoying the tropical atmosphere.

If you're looking for a beach vacation in Bali, Nusa Dua is definitely the place to be. This is our second time at this hotel; we stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel is certainly showing its age, even after a renovation, which felt quite subpar. Everything just seems tired. Regarding the rooms: The mattresses are uncomfortable. For a 5-star hotel, basic amenities are missing, like an insufficient number of towels per person, no children's bathrobes, and poor room lighting. There's a sofa bed in the room that unfolds, but it's terribly uncomfortable to sleep on, even for a child. The shower water smells like slime, and the floor tiles are slippery, with only one bathmat provided. The sink is very high, and there are no steps for children, despite the hotel positioning itself as family-friendly. Overall, the room is convenient and spacious, and the balcony is good. Regarding the pools: The beachfront area is great, with a shower and a shade canopy. It's fantastic to have such easy access to the sea. However, the children's pool with slides is a disgrace; half of the surfacing is broken and not repaired. The slides are uninteresting, and children barely spend any time there. The large main pool is open 24/7, which is convenient if you want to swim at night. Regarding the food: The breakfasts are varied, offering practically everything you could want. However, healthy food options are severely lacking. If you're on a diet, it's tough; there are few vegetables, though enough fruit. There's ice cream on the kids' menu. There's a cafe on site; I highly recommend trying the lobster, it's superb. Regarding the sea: The beach is close and large, with easy access to the water. The tides aren't as extreme as on neighboring beaches, but there's a lot of trash, and the staff doesn't clean it up. The hotel only hosts dinners on the beach. I saw a snake in the sea, and when we told the hotel staff, they just waved it off – a strange attitude towards their guests. On the premises, there are tennis courts and a gym. In the evenings, there's a theatrical performance, but I don't recommend the Kecak dance – it's very sad and lacks much of a show, mostly just talking. Bicycles are available on the property – I recommend getting them at 9 AM and riding left along the hotels and promenade; there are good beaches and hotels nearby, and it's a pleasant ride. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for its price (10,000 rubles/night). If you're paying more, I'd suggest looking into newer hotels nearby.

A gorgeous traditional Bali architecture resort perfect for families. The staff are friendly and professional, there are many, many activities and a huge pool right on the beach. Breakfast is a treat with almost too much to choose from, catering to all tastes. An excellent resort for Aussie families.
