We enjoyed our stay at the Bliss Surfer The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are great, and the staff are very friendly, especially April, she was a really nice lady, very good with our 4yr old daughter

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is also very friendly with guest, the room is a quiet room and next trip I'll book at this hotel again, thank you.

Overall experience from the hotel was good but I got the feeling that they are not willing to help. Found myself arguing with reception over stupid things. Due to hotel decision, there are no water bottles in the room, and you get a jar which can be filled from a water dispenser.

If you want to sleep, go to another hotel. The chicken noise woke me up at 2am and shut down at 8am. The reception said - it’s a common thing which can not be changed. They offered me an earplugs, but I had mine. The bedsheets are grey. The hair was everywhere. You go outside of your room to fill up the bottle if you want the water.

The front desk staff are very responsive when handling various requests. Yessy displayed professionalism when she checked on the availability of the room, so as to ensure that I do not need to change rooms during my one week's stay. Clean towels and bedsheets; and the body wash is fantastic. I will definitely return to stay.

Has good restaurant to wol from cafe, nice room and modern. Clean , helpfull and friendly staff.

It's decent.

Had a nice 2 night stay here. My room was good. I liked it. Bathroom was a little faded but totally fine. It had a couple of small issues like the bathroom door not closing but they fixed it as soon as I brought it to their attention. The room next to me was being renovated so I asked to have a peek at it. I think if you book a renovated room you will be super happy. I didn't take any pictures of the room unfortunately, only a couple of pics while eating at the pool. The veggie noodles and fresh coconut were good!.

Great room. Good location. Staff was very helpful. However sometimes they have people party in the rooms and for a light sleeper it was difficult.

it’s Okay Hotel.. Clean and friendly stuff. and bit noisy.. can hear chook and dog burking , and breakfast is average .. I guess is budget hotel. would i stay there at Bliss again?? maybe .. as lots of nice hotel around .

The air conditioning leaked onto the floor but really comfortable apart from that.
