Book for family but when i want to upgrade the room to lagoon on 1st floor. The hotel asked for 2 million rupiah. Than i paid it but just feel ..

The Hilton Resort Bali is quite simply heaven.There is nothing the staff cant and won't do for guests, and their service attitude is outstanding.The resort itself has many different sides，quiet beach areas, family areas, poolside bars, so no matter what kind of person you are,you can have a wonderful time here.I visited the Executive Lounge Grain, Elara and The Shore across my stay, and the food was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate to come here again.

Staffs are nice and really helpful! Environment is good with very beautiful scenery including both garden and sea view. Good quality of food in the restaurants (The Breeze, Elara).Great view by seaside!

The ceiling was dirty and cracked, with visible signs of leaks. The twin beds were transformed into king-size beds, the coffee amenities were not of five-star hotel standard, and the check-in time was too long, making it seem rushed and poorly prepared upon entering the room.

Very good resort with great food. The location is a bit inconvenient without too shops nearby but it’s a great choice if you would like to enjoy resort facilities only.

A beautiful beachfront hotel with an outdoor swimming pool that’s slightly heated, so you can even enjoy a swim at midnight. They have six restaurants on site, so there’s always something for everyone, no matter how picky you are. The buffet breakfast is extensive and excellent, and the staff are friendly and create a really positive vibe. The only downside is that food and drinks are quite overpriced — for example, a 220ml Coke was 70,000 IDR.

Though food choices for certain dietary restrictions could be improved, the atmosphere, service, and location more than make up for it. Overall, Hilton Bali is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and luxurious environment with unbeatable views.

Fantastic place to stay with family, quite away from the noisy touristic places, cliff tower is scenic with the ocean and Mountain View.

Experience started well until we were served chicken satay that was not fully cooked at Paon Bali (their Indonesia restaurant). Understand from staff that it’s not the first time as they have new staffs coming in all the time.

Very nice hotel with splendid scenery, good restaurants and cozy room with huge balcony (we had a garden view corner room in cliff tower). Food was great, tennis hall with 3 courts and various types of classes is amazing, pool section and slide was a point of constant interest for my 7y.o. son as well as kids club. The only thing we were really upset is amount of garbage in the see, as we were told due to the ocean flows this times a lot of trash comes from Java island. Even though that personnel cleans out the beach after 1 hours it is dirty again. So I would happy to see the hotel pays more attention to that problem and have constant team cleaning both beach and water, since it is an essential part of the holidays at the sea.

Staff were very warm N welcoming. They are helpful too. My room has been graded facing and sea. My experience in my stay at Hilton Bali Resort has been fantastic.

One of the best resort stayed so comfortable although a bit hard to catch a grab in this region
