It is very good place

가족들끼리 방문하기 좋은 리조트입니다. 크고 안에서만 지내기 좋습니다. 바다가 보이는 오션풀부터 아이들을 위한 공간까지 다양하게 있습니다.

The service is impeccable. I have spine issue and they make efforts to arrange buggy for me. The foods are very yummy at Soleil.

Firstly, Mulia consists of three distinct sections. If you've booked a room at Mulia Resort, you are not allowed to use the pool located at the most beautiful part of the beach. This beach is exclusive only to Mulia and Mulia Villa guests. Additionally, resort guests cannot benefit from the buggy service. Due to these practices and discrimination, I felt like a second-class citizen. Despite paying approximately 850,000 INR per person for dinner, they billed me 200,000 INR for 2 bottles of water. While the meal prices seem reasonable, charging such an exorbitant amount for water is outright deceitful. Lastly, the check-in queue was excessively long.

Nice 5 star resort with excellent staff & facilities. Breakfast spread was amazing. I booked lagoon access pool & it was worth every penny. My child really loved it.

The basic room type for 1800 yuan is old and low-rise, and it is quite humid; there is a tooth mark on the apple on the fruit plate… The Italian restaurant is good but the environment is a bit dim; the Chinese restaurant is good but there are many people, and every night there are foreigners partying and drinking too much and making a mess; the breakfast has a wide variety but not many delicious ones, and there are many children and it is messy and unsatisfactory, but it is very popular. In short, it is okay for family travel who don’t mind the atmosphere. If you are a couple, it may be suitable for a villa-style hotel. Samabe nearby is not bad. It is 1000 yuan more expensive but worth it.

The overall environment and the attitude of the service staff are very good. There are many swimming pools in the resort, which can also be directly connected to the beach. The room is very spacious and there are many breakfast buffet choices. I will choose Mulia again if I have the opportunity!

Overall, the overwhelming size and variety of resorts and facilities were not very friendly. The washbasin was clogged and it was spacious enough to expect more diverse activities, but only aqua polo and yoga sessions were available. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the restaurant and bakery staff. I had high expectations for the facilities, but the staff lived up to my expectations.

발리최고의 리조트로 생각됩니다. 아주 좋았습니다. 가족 여행 (부모님 동반, 아이 1명 포함 5명) 방 두개 예약하였고, 조식, 식사. 수영장, 해변 등 모든게 좋았습니다.
