I absolutely love the place. We booked the room with pool and paddy field view. It was stunning. Everything is perfect they even assisted me when i ask for hair dryer. Its just that the bathroom floor is a lil bit moldy since its stone based. What you see is exactly what you get. Im gonna stay here again when i come again to ubud.

Perfect stay, away from the hustle of Ubud. Amazing views of the rice field and very nice pool, stunning room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only thing missing is some sort of privacy separation between the terraces of the different rooms so that you feel more private when sitting outside. Overall 100% recommend staying here, thank you!

Nice and quite place, true countryside Ubud feeling. Surrounded by coconut trees and rice field. Nice private swimming pool. YouTube for kids big thumb up. Cleaning needs some attention, no blanket cover provided, looks like some bloodstains on the blanket. Service is good, location only few minutes from central Ubud. Kitchen facilities available

Very nice for couples!

We checked into a villa here for 1 day, we were almost alone in the hotel, the area looks scary, there is some old disassembled furniture around, if you don’t go inside the rooms, it seems that the hotel is abandoned 😱 It is obvious that everything is very old, you can see it in the photo. There are sooo many insects, mosquitoes, ants, spiders and other creatures that can easily crawl into the room and bed 🤨 There were mushrooms growing in the nightstand by the bed 🍄 The wooden floor near the pool is sooo slippery, like the other paths on the territory, it’s easy to slip and fall! The staff, of course, is very polite and helpful, they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it was raining and we asked for food delivery to the room - everything was organized quite quickly! But! The prices are shocking! In decent restaurants the prices are the same, or even cheaper, in a hotel of this level the prices should be 2-3 times cheaper, if it weren't for the rain, we would have gone to another establishment. Breakfast was included in the price and was generally good, the restaurant looks good, even very good (compared to other places). We looked into the rooms, it seems they look fresher than the villas (and are cheaper). In general, a solid 5 for the staff's work, everything else, alas, requires improvement.

Nice friendly staff, they wrote every day and asked about cleaning the room. If you need something, you can write to them on WhatsApp. The room is large and spacious, but very dark, the light is dim. There was an unpleasant smell, dampness, it was uncomfortable to wash in the bathroom. The rooms are old and not very clean. Good audibility, there were noisy neighbors. The territory is also not well-kept, rotten sun loungers, some kind of dump at the exit of the hotel. The shared kitchen is dirty (we cook ourselves if possible) In general, the photo is expectation / reality

Very beautiful, just an unreal view. Quite new and very quiet. We lived almost alone. We communicated with the staff via WhatsApp - you write what you need and they answer very quickly, help, about cleaning they also answered via WhatsApp. No breakfasts and it is located quite far from cafes and shops. If you are on a bike, then choose this option)

The check in and check out process is very fast, the room is clean and spacious and there is cutlery provided in the room.

A good hotel for its price. Very polite staff, friendly. Only for them I can give 5+! The room is clean, however, since the hotel is located in the forest and in rice terraces, there were ants in the room. They personally did not bite me, but for the particularly impressionable it can be a problem. The kitchen is poor, there are almost no utensils for cooking, a lot of ants. If you expect to cook here, then you are unlikely to do it comfortably here. Overall, everything is good
