Amazing service! Friendly staff! They tried their very best to every one of our request. Every single one cause we were there for a bodybuilder show and our diet was very limited. We had our food ready and needed heating up. They were so helpful in it and served us so well even if we didn’t make any purchases at the restaurant in the hotel. The room cleaning up was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend it and I will book it again if I am there for a show again.

Paid for a superior room & didn’t have a balcony. Bathroom was really small, on the 5th floor leaks through the ceiling. No assistance on checking in, your on the 5th floor, find your own room. Really not good. The sun never reached the pool, if you want the sun, go to the beach.

Good stay, The location is fantastic just a short walk from Legian and Kuta Beach, surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which makes you feel right at home. The pool area is a real highlight large, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bali. But noisy due to street traffic, nearby bars.

The room is clean and the receptions are very nice and welcoming. The location is near to the restaurant, beachwalk mall, kuta beach, and spa places. So it's very convenient. One day I lost my earring and try to find it by myself but I couldn't find it, but fortunately when the housekeeper clean the room they find it and keep it for me. I really thankful for that!
