The location is very good, the hotel is ok, however, needs improvement on the cleanliness, hygiene and smell of the sheets, toilet exhaust, and also add room slippers. But overall, it was a good stay. Staff are all friendly and accommodating.

The Location is excellent. Room was okay. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is just bread and eggs. I think breakfast needs improvement.

The first night we were put up on the first floor. We couldn't sleep all night - there was a terrible smell of mold. We asked to be moved to the floor above. Thanks to the staff - they helped us solve this problem. But on the second floor, rats were running around under the ceiling all night. This ceiling was shaking all night. But of two evils: better with the rats than to suffocate in mold. 😁 We couldn't move out because everything was occupied. The bed linen was dirty, there were two sheets instead of a duvet cover, and between them was a dirty, greasy blanket. The towels were in holes. There were only 2 towels per room and 1 for the feet, no hand or face towels. Thanks to the staff - they at least tried to brighten up our stay. But the owner of the hotel needs to clean up. Because it is wrong to put people in such rooms. The breakfasts are meager, but you can eat: 2 eggs, coffee, juice and fruit. An hour later you are already hungry. Thank you for the breakfast in the pool. Sometimes monkeys come in the morning 😄 The pool is nice, very beautiful well-kept garden, fish, squirrels build nests 👍 birds sing. Close to the road, but at the same time quiet. Overall, the hotel is very cozy, but needs to be improved: treat for mold, change bed linen and towels and diversify breakfasts.

The location is really good and the facilities seem to be worth the price. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's more than enough, and the pool and landscaping are very nice. I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know much about it. The staff are really friendly and nice. There are many alternative accommodations, but I would definitely visit again.

Even though the hotel looks small from the front, when you go inside it is big. The room is really big. Clean... the breakfast is okay & complete. The service is fast & friendly. The morning air here is really nice.

It's close to downtown Ubud. I heard there would be monkeys on the terrace of the other room. Even if we hung up clothes on our terrace, no monkeys came and the clothes were hung well hahaha.

1층이었는데 방이 너무 어둡고 문이 미닫이에 열쇠로 잠그는 타입이고 그냥 전면 유리 창문식이라 커튼을 안치면 밖에서 다 보입니다 숙박중에 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않아서 하루 샤워를 못하고 잤습니다 보일러 가스 문제라고 15분 걸린다고 해서 기다렸는데 1시간 넘게 기다려도 물이 안나오고 직원분에게 다시 확인을 요청했는데 정확한 시간을 안내도 못하고 서비스가 너무 별로 였어요 따뜻한 물은 아침에 일어나니까 나와서 다음날엔 문제가 없었고 프론트 직원분께서 정중하게 사과해주셔서 화는 나지 않았지만 남에게 추천할만큼 만족스러운 숙박은 아니었습니다

We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell in the room, which only got worse. The bathroom smelled unbearable, the shower, and even the bed smelled of sweat. The sheets were old and seemed unclean. There was no hot water in the shower, and the room lacked a refrigerator, which feels like a basic necessity. The biggest issue, however, was that the smell in the room made it impossible to sleep. My pregnant partner and I couldn’t fall asleep for half the night. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were woken up by a staff member just as we were finally about to fall asleep, and to make matters worse, we were offered to move out of the room at 1:00 AM, which is completely unacceptable. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We visited July/Aug 2024. We booked a bungalow at the property, the room was a cabin (B2) which was sited next to the pool. We found a few problems which we consider to be unacceptable. Inside the room there was no wardrobe or shelves to hang or store clothes, I asked about this and we were given a small towel rail. We used the bench seat as storage for our clothes. The bedding was dirty and stained as was the mattress, there was animal excrement on the floor of the room and on the bed covers. Two round floor cushions were supplied on the veranda (we are in our 60’s) and found it uncomfortable to sit on these for long. We asked for some alternative outdoor furniture and we were given 2 old kitchen chairs and a small round table, this table had bird excrement on it at the start of our stay and was still there at the end, 7 days later (not cleaned). The toilet bowl leaked water onto the floor, making our feet wet especially through the night when it is difficult to see. The shower is over a bath, and the bath side is quite high making it difficult to get into/out of especially when wet. The bath has a crack across the base which will harbour germs. The walls of the bathroom have large dark stains on them and the curtain tie backs were also stained. There is no safe in the room and the room was dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Around the pool area there are only 5 sun beds available and nowhere to sit unless you sit on the ground, there are no tables/chairs available. Not only was there evidence of animal excrement, we could hear creatures making rustling noises throughout the night. The air conditioning unit rattled and droned through the night, I rectified this by switching it off for 10 mins and then back on again. In summary we found the accommodation to be poorly maintained and fitted out in a very basic manner, which may be ok if you are there for one or two nights but not for any lengthy stay. We certainly do not appreciate having to ask for a basic level of cleanliness, that should be a given.
