Hotels in Kuta, Bali

The location is nice near the beach but I wouldn't stay here again. You can't order delivery food to the lobby so you need to walk outside the hotel to get orders which is much farther than expected because it is a large resort property with many buildings. Overall I would not recommend because of this as delivery food is one of the main things I like about traveling to Bali for vacation. The check in process was also late as too many people were waiting for the rooms at 3pm it ended up taking very long for people to get their room keys. The view from seaview room is nice. The location is good for walking to the beach.

It took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport (due to traffic). There are many restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel also offers scooter rentals for 100K IDR per 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable. A simple complimentary breakfast is provided. Excellent value for money! 👍👍👍

Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it! Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down. Overall though, not too bad!

Worth the money we have paid for. Almost all the staff is approachable. Everyday they do cleaning of the room upon request. Location is top notch, is on the center of town and beach area. Amenities is also good. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties. So far, 4of 5 coz during our stay they are doing watersystem maintenance hence no water from 11pm- 3:00am though they have informed us earlier. They should have an alternative options to ensure that there is still water at the hotel for guests use. Overall, if given the chance will still be back to Grand Ixora.

Staff give extra complimentray for birthday. Its very nice. Clean, cozy, easy to reach out other places. Polite fron staff. Good accomodation.

I had a very pleasant stay at J Hotel Kuta by Jayakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money with a strategic location in Kuta, only a short drive from the airport and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. For budget-conscious travellers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Bali, I would highly recommend this hotel.

beyond expectations 🤍 Everything about this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the price range compared to other hotels in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. The service was outstanding in every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the whole hotel had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such peaceful sleep every night. The breakfast was easily 10/10 😍 Great variety, fresh food every day, delicious options for both adults and children, and everything was presented beautifully. Even the coffee and juices were excellent. The pool area was amazing ,clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. The hotel is also very family-friendly overall, with such a safe and comfortable environment for children. The staff were incredibly sweet and caring with kids, which made the experience even better for our family. The location is also perfect: close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and quiet inside the hotel. Honestly, compared to other hotels in the same price range around the area, Bintang Kuta deserves a true 10/10 Outstanding rating. It genuinely feels like a much more expensive hotel because of the quality of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. You can clearly feel that the management and staff truly care about the guests and work with passion and professionalism. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation 🌟

Overall, my stay was just okay – it was what you'd expect for the price, nothing special but no big surprises either. On the plus side, the service was decent; staff members always greeted me, and check-out was quick. However, there were a few minor issues in the room. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which might bother light sleepers. Also, the shower had low water pressure and the temperature fluctuated. Cleanliness was acceptable, typical for a standard business hotel. All in all, it's decent value for money if you don't have high expectations.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel felt like an escape room – we booked a deluxe room, and it surprisingly had no window, which wasn't stated anywhere. The air quality was terrible with a strong renovation smell. The bathroom had no hairdryer, and while it had a wet/dry separation, the shower door was missing. The toilet and sheets were dirty, and both the air conditioning and fridge were leaking. At 11:30 PM, the music from the bar outside was incredibly loud. I'm catching a 7 AM flight, so I'm feeling awful right now. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very warm and friendly.
