Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Bali

Intercontinental Bali Resort is always consistently great. Our short stay was a delight at this property, Garden view room was spacious, quiet and had a very comfortable bed with Balinese accents fulfilling the room. Breakfast restaurant is gorgeous with such a large array of fresh food offerings. Pool and superbly maintained grounds are a magnificent attribute for this well established property, though very busy with occupancy, manages well. It is the staff of IC Bali Resort that are always so welcoming, friendly, professional and impeccably groomed, always such delightful interactions with all and very helpful in our time of need when we accidentally were locked out on our balcony, such speedy rectification from staff. A solid 10/10 and look forward to a longer stay next visit.

Very disappointed! The beach is dirty and they don’t clean it . Impossible to swim . We should walk to another hotel near by to swim . By the beach only IC haven’t clean it , the rest of hotels have care about it . The breakfast was the same every day and not that much choices in my opinion. For the price we paid it’s just not worth it. The room is nice and big. But in our room somehow the hot water wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it . I couldn’t enjoy their bathtub as well . Not recommended!! We paid more than 350$ per night and couldn’t not enjoy beach and not even hot water in shower . Very.. very disappointing!!
