Service OK, when you come directly welcome bellboy/roomboy to bring your luggage to the lobby. Facility OK, there are certain parts that can still be improved yes.. The room is clean, the bed is new and the old one, and the spring bed is also the. The room ornamen is an old product, but can be made more clean and attractive. The walls and roof of the room can also be redesigned and clean and modern, but still minimal. The bathroom is OK, the hot water is OK, the shower soap and shampo are OK. Balconi is very iconic ya1 directly facing the mountains and lake Batur2 is very beautiful3 can be made more clean and interesting; there are chairs and tables that can make you enjoy the beauty of nature. The restaurant has a pretty large space and direct view to the mountains and lake Batur too1 very beautiful2 I'm going back to Kintamani, keep moving and moving forward to Lake View Hotel and Restaurant.

I didn't stay at this hotel but we decided to give this place a try as we drove past looking for somewhere to have lunch. We were not disappointed. There is a good variety of food at the restaurant which has absolutely wonderful views! Even the view from the ladies toilet is lovely LOL. Ok you can't see it when sitting on the bog but there is a small round window you can peek out of. We ordered fish and chips, roasted chicken, grilled fish, beef etc with some drinks and it was very nice. The ONLY thing I have to comment is that there were a couple of flies and we were constantly swatting them away but maybe it's where I sat. NExt time if I ever go there, I will try to sit at the long table facing the lake but as this time I was with family, we needed a booth seat. This place has a rooftop pool with some pretty awesome views so do take a climb up the stairs to the top to take some pics. The next time I go to Bali, I may stay 2 nights here just to experience the entire place.

Simple hotel but clean close Mt Batur. Do not expect anything luxurious. Very good for a night before hiking to see sun rise from the top. Food is totally enjoyable. Just be aware to get a room away from rhe kitchen if you want to go to bed early for a 2:30 wakeup. Dish washing stops around 21h30 so I'd you want to go to bed before, room next to there are a bit noisy. Other rooms are not affected. Showers with good water flow including hot water.

We plan to stay here 1 night, just to know how exactly the experience in the happening place in social media. Sometimes, people not to inform clearly about room and position as well, so the reader confuse and wrong when they want to reserve the room. Start from we were picked up in Madu Sari restaurant (parking here if you drive a car), and staff will bring you to the hotel with SUV. Check in process was smoothly and we choose suite 5, with amazing mount view from our bed or balcony. The wind and other natural sounds makes you peace and healing mode. If you choose tent, ensure you choose potato 9, this is very good position. Ensure you wake up early in the morning, to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. This hotel is not provide lake view, since location is high place, we just see the black lava and mountain with white clouds in the morning! Breakfast is simple, nasi goreng and orange juice. THe taste is so-so, nothing special. Start from 9am, you would be feeling hot, since no AC in every room, as well as to many flies which is annoying your room. So, we decided to check out and back to Madu Sari resto. Hope is helps you to decided before stay here. More than happy if you leave your question if need further information. This place has an amazing view to Mount Batur and Lake Batur. It is on the road where the trucks are passing for transporting sands and other materials. Sometimes we can hear the roar but only on working hours (morning to eary evening). The road is quit a challenging form some with poor driving skill. This road is not suitable for easy cycling (unless you're a pro). It offers big room which need maintenance in some areas. The main issues in this place is the humidity which cause many walls are peels off. Bathroom almost as big as the room itself. Intalling URINALs on the bathroom would be good for male since it still has plenty of space. Urinal would help male not to pee on the floor hence reduce pee smell in bathroom. This place has unique restaurant called The Kayuan. it is very instagrammable. Food and drinks are so so, but better than most of other place in this area.

It’s hard to rate this hotel as there were some absolutely lovely things about it: - the location is gorgeous - the pool is so relaxing and heated for a night time swim - the staff were quick to fix WiFi issues - the free shuttle and being able to WhatsApp for pick up was fantastic However I think the following things really knock it down: - we were first put into room 108 and there was a gap between the door and the wall when shut. This was already mentioned on trip advisor by another guest so it really should be fixed! - the sound proofing is awful. We stayed 3 nights and I was woken up/kept awake on all 3 nights as the pool is open late and loud dogs are barking on the lane behind. - one night they had singers performing until 10pm, so loud that every room would’ve felt like the performance was in their room. - breakfast is limited and pretty rubbish to be honest.
