booked a regular room with breakfast for 1 night. room is cozy and clean. free tea/coffee with snack of the day, i had the banana cake. breakfast is actually a lot for 1 person and taste good. i have travel and stayed in many hotels and homestays around the island, i think tapa agung view staffs are one of my favourite. they're chill and friendly, very nice to talk with them without any awkwardness. i'm not sure if it's because of the area, i find people around rendang are very friendly and always open for a chat, but i really had a good impression both with this hotel and the area. the view is beautiful especially when the sky is clear you can see mount agung right in front of you. i checked in with ratna and kusma, they were lovely and very welcoming. had a nice chat with ratna during check out while waiting for the room to be inspected. thanks to the staff at edelweiss restaurant - yuda, citra and trainee eka too for being so friendly and chill. not to mention also all the other staff from gardeners, the boys in white shirt and black pants doing chores around the property and the security everyone is so nice and always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. the hotel is also very accessible and has huge parking area. it's really quiet at night which is a huge plus for me coming from the south of bali with all the traffic noise and random midnight speaker blast from drunk neighbours.

We had a truly fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were beautifully furnished, and we felt comfortable right away. We were particularly impressed by the friendly staff; everyone was incredibly warm and helpful without seeming artificial. The location was also excellent, with many attractions easily accessible. The breakfast offered a good selection and was fresh. Overall, everything was just perfect, and you can tell that attention to detail is a priority here. We can honestly recommend it!

This hotel is luxurious. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's so quiet here. You wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning – what an atmosphere! As soon as you step out, you're greeted with stunning views of the sea and mountains; it's simply paradise. You can just enjoy the view and forget about everything else. The food is delicious, and the views are spectacular. The staff are polite, and the pool is clean. I loved everything and highly recommend it! ❤️

This is a villas hotel where each unit is a standalone villa, giving off a mini-Maldives vibe. My first impression was genuinely surprising because I never expected to find a hotel with such a great environment on Penida Island. The hotel is close to the beach, but the sand quality isn't great, with lots of small stones. The staff are very attentive, and the hotel uses a lot of frangipani flowers in its decor. Due to its somewhat remote location, most meals are eaten at the hotel. I'd recommend anyone staying here to bring extra snacks and drinks. Dinner was served on a patch of fine sand, the kind where chair legs sink in. We arrived on a Monday, and there was a live band performance in the evening. After making eye contact with the musicians, they even specially played two Chinese songs for us. I regret not tipping them; it felt very respectful. The breakfast buffet was comparatively less impressive; it felt like the chefs weren't on the same level. Perhaps there are better hotels on the island, and I did see some good-looking ones along the way, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Penida Island. A lady and a plump young man at the front desk were both very kind and helped us resolve a transportation issue. The young man even waved goodbye as guests left. When another front desk lady was answering our questions, the desk phone rang. She excused herself to answer it, but the call went on endlessly. Such a long call can easily negatively impact a guest's experience. Another lady, who seemed like a manager, proactively came over to ask if we needed assistance, which is the main reason for my gratitude towards her.

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Service was also great and the hotel was very clean overall! Not so great are their pizzas and they charge a fee of over $13 AUD for each card transaction, so cash is a better option. They also charge approximately 32% service and tax charges on top. Super deluxe rooms were not the best considering space and interior decor. The above is based on my personal experience.

Everything was just perfect. SUPER WORTH THE PRICE! My whole stay felt like something out of The White Lotus. Stayed here for 4 nights, and my family and I were pleased with everything about our stay. We've stayed in 5-star hotels and resorts throughout our lives, but nothing beats our experience here. I would say we were very surprised with every aspect of our stay. Service was top-notch. The check-in experience was just lovely; the senior butler assisted us, and she came over to where we were sitting instead of us having to stand around or sit by the check-in desk. We were delivered to our rooms using a buggy and were given a detailed room tour and an introduction to hotel facilities. We stayed here through Nyepi, but the hotel operated almost at normal capacity just with a few adjustments which we didn't mind at all. Rooms exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, more than comfortable and we had a view of the beach from the balcony. They provided us with top-of-the-class amenities such as toiletries by Sensatia, super high performance hair dryer (this is important), and bath bombs! Food was awesome. We had 2 dinners in Flow Restaurant and it was suffice to say that they have a wide variety of menu selections. The food they served was very proper and actually delicious, not the regular hotel restaurant food that would taste mediocre. They serve a la carte all-you-can-eat breakfast menu, where you can order anything you like from the menu with no limit! I would say breakfast food was actually good, something you normally get from brunch cafes in Bali. The resort also provides a range of in-house activities such as pilates and gym classes, which we participated in to pass our day during Nyepi. They also have a very big pool that has direct access to the beach, and poolside area was very much pleasant. People were sunbathing and just chilling by the pool, enjoying the atmosphere and the sunny Bali weather. The whole hotel staff was extremely friendly, we would be greeted with smiling faces wherever we go, and they would also strike up a friendly conversation at times. I would like to hand a shoutout to the senior butler, Kak Putri, and Gus Wira, who made our stay a pleasant one. I have recommended this resort to 3 of my friends, and will continue to do so.

Had a wonderful short stay at Praman Zahill. The surprise room decoration by the staff was such a sweet touch! Breakfast is ala carte with lots of choices, and they serve free croissants and coffee too. Our room was spacious, though do note there’s no lift, so be prepared for some stairs.

Everything was perfect, the staff's service attitude was excellent.

Hotel is amazing and very modern, staff are friendly and restaurant has a nice vibe with a fantastic view. However there are a lot of numbers of scams in nusa penida where taxi drivers over charge. You meet some honest people there who will tell you the correct prices so from the port to the hotel I’m supposed to believe it is 150K IDR. One of their driver was very rude and insisted on 250K IDR and said that is the price what was told by the hotel however when I called the hotel they went back to the normal price. For excursions I recommend looking at get your guide private car hire they offer the same prices as these drivers who will start super high and drop down to get your guide price making you believe they give massive discount. Hotel is perfect but I would be wary of the scams in that area.

The best hotel out of all seven hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in Bali! We lived here for 4 days and were absolutely delighted every single day! The decor and the guests truly reflect the authentic spirit of Bali! Everything is new, colorful, and the pool was practically all to ourselves. It includes a photoshoot with one photo, an excursion, and magnificent breakfasts with a huge variety. Transfers to the city center are provided in comfortable cars. Nearby, there's a coconut stand and laundromats. The jungle concept is simply wonderful! Many thanks to all the staff for their kindness and responsiveness.
