The rooms were very clean, neat, and comfortable. The entire hotel area was well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They treated guests with care and were very fast and proactive in helping with any requests.
We were really impressed by how helpful and efficient the staff were — all our requests were handled quickly without any delay. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable.
This hotel is great for a short stay. The only downside is the location, which is inside a narrow street, so at night it can feel a bit uncomfortable, especially for solo female travelers, who should be more careful.
There are small local shops nearby, but they only accept cash.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent cleanliness, great service, and very friendly staff, making it a very pleasant place to stay in Kuta.
A very nice and well run small hotel in the heart of Legian. Attention to detail. Comfortable beds nice clean linen and clean bathroom. The breakfast was just nice. Nothing over the top but covered the basic needs. Coffee which they make was very good.
Staff were polite and very helpful.
It’s commendable to see well trained staff. Nothing is too much effort.
I would stay here again.

The hotel is located directly across the road from Kuta Beach, yet it's quite peaceful. The grounds are very lush, and all the architecture inside is in the Balinese style. I can't speak for the main building with balconies, as we stayed in a separate bungalow on the property. It was excellent! The furniture could be described as 'tired,' or perhaps 'almost antique' :) The bed was large and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily and thoroughly.
The breakfasts were excellent, with a local flair, like local smoothie drinks. Delicious. During peak times, finding a table might be a little challenging. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, whose veranda opens directly onto Jalan Pantai and is popular with passersby – be prepared for many people wanting to dine there for lunch or dinner. Hookahs are also available.
Next to the restaurant is a small pool, and there are almost always free sun loungers.
There are several supermarkets nearby, the large Beachwalk Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away, and Hard Rock Cafe is in the other direction. But the main thing is, Kuta Beach and surfing are right opposite.
It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport (if you don't get stuck in the round-the-clock traffic jam on Jalan Pantai).
A big thank you to all the staff for our wonderful vacation!

Everything was great, Central location in kuta close to everything, 10mins walking distance to discovery mall and around 20mins to beachwalk plaza also 5mins walk to kuta Beach, room big and clean ,friendly staff and delicious breakfast
Obviously, this is the good view from the hotel territory. But where are many rooms in the hotel, so the swimming pool is seems to be little for so many people. There is no beach across the hotel. So, you have to go on foot or rent the scooter to reach the public beach. As for me, food in the restaurant is quite expensive but not tasty.
On the whole, it is good.
Since it was Legian Beach, I was hoping it would be quieter than Kuta Beach, but the restaurant in front of it and the restaurant below played music every day until late at night, so it was not a quiet location. The road in front of it also had a lot of traffic from early in the morning until late at night, and the sound of motorbikes was heard all day long, so it felt like staying in the middle of a hustle and bustle. The worst part was that they sprayed smoke to prevent pests from 6am, and they sprayed smoke to prevent pests outside the facility along with the buzzing noise. From a Japanese perspective of hospitality, it would be unthinkable for a hotel to carry out such noisy work from 6am when there were guests, but I was disappointed that this hotel was doing it with their sense of humor.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are well equipped. We really liked that they had a small kitchenette and a washing and drying machine. Really convenient if you have kids. We also liked that the futon was like its own bed. The only issue we had was the drainage in the one bathroom. The sink and to a lesser extent the shower drained really slowly.
The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. The service at the restaurant was hit and miss. Often some items were unavailable on the breakfast menu and one morning the coffee machine was not working. One day, our toast was a bit burnt and there was a dead ant on our fruit. In hindsight, I think we'd just have breakfast in the room or go to one of the many restaurants in the area. There's a supermarket right across the road, which was convenient.
The location was pretty good. There are many bars and restaurants in the area. The beach is within walkable distance. The roads in the area can get quite congested, especially in the evening and during peak travel times.
Overall, I think it was good value for money.
